this is a ways out of town from me, but interesting nonetheless.

1973 Ernie Clements Olympic Falcon
i have a soft spot for early '70s falcons, and it's only $100. if it had a campy nr rd and the frame were in that sparkling blue color of theirs, i'd figure a way to get over there.

Yeah, if it had been my size I would have asked him for some photos of the top tube just to make sure nothing is amiss.
I'd also ask to meet in a public place, those katanas strewn about are setting off alarm bells

Not at all original but seems like a nice build
Bottecchia De Luxe single speed or fixed
Also this one is maybe a little new for most of you, but looking at it is killing me I want it so bad, someone please buy it so I can stop looking at it.

They got too many phone calls and either someone just plain offered the $200+ or they did some internet searches, I am surprised it only stopped at 250. I had a deal on a nice Bianchi up in Boston years ago and at the last minute the guy changed his mind because someone told him it was worth more than three times the asking price, never mind the fact the bike was a POS in need of serious overhaul and cleaning and the other guy wouldn't buy it for the value he just put on it ruining the deal for me.
Next week it will be a "Custome Fixie" listed at $700

It appears all those offers fell through. The price is falling on that Prelude.
