Mid 70's (?) mens 10 speed road bike. My brother in law left it here, and it's been in the basement for years since. No brand name that I can find. Looks complete and should be useable with new tires, tubes, chain, and cables. It has an SR neck, Sakae engraved bars, and shimano gears, steal cranks and bolt-on wheels with wide flanged alum hubs. It's not a fine italian road bike. I'm asking what I think the neck and bars are worth. Send your # if you have any questions. Thanks.

Fuji "Special Road Racer" in very nice condition. Frame made in Japan, yellow paint and chrome look fabulous. This is a sports touring bike probably from the late seventies or early eighties with nice parts including:
--Aluminum Ukai rims (27")
--Nitto stem and handlebar
--Full Suntour drivetrain
--Front and rear quick release
--"Belt" brand leather saddle in great shape, made in Japan
--Double eyelets in rear and single in front and plenty of clearance for fenders, even if you add wider tires.
--Fuji aluminum 3 piece crank

Its okay, I'll pass. I already have a Raleigh R300 for touring. I just want another tourer for back-up or for a companion. I'll just wait til something similar shows up here in Chi-town or Milwaukee.

1968 Schwinn Paramount P-13 - $1100 (san jose south)


Neat old Campy Equiped Paramount P-13, Mostly Original with Campy Cranks, Pedals, Deraileurs, shifters and Campy hi-flange hubs, Ambrosio Champion Stem, Mafac Brakes, Campy Seatpost with period correct Unicantor racing seat and neat old pump. Super Cool Looking Chrome Lugged Headtube. This bike has been sitting in a garage for 20 + years and will need to be cleaned up and Re- Lubed as everything is very dry, it will also need handlebar tape ect. Steel Bianchi with Suntour Vx gears and power shifters. 34.5" standover. The frame has no dents or dings but some scratching and light rust, especially on seat stays, with good-size chips in paint that lightly rusted from moist basement. Very nice ride, rideable as is but you will want to tune and lube. 27" wheels. Beacon is a little over an hour from NYC on the train, I can meet you at the station with the bike.

Really nice bike, just given a complete cleaning and tune up, so it's ready to go.
