It is sitting in my basement right now. I have been looking for a Serotta for a long time. I was at the seller's house about 20 minutes after it appeared on CL. The guy said that since I called he had about 20 calls with some offering him more than his asking price. It is a Colorado II and is in excellent condition. I love the paint scheme.

Interesting. There is an active thread on Classic Rendezvous about seat tube failures in Mexican Benottos. Apparently, they frequently overheated the bottom bracket area, severely weakening the seat tube.

This seems like an honest mistake to me. I can see how someone not very familiar with bikes might think a pump attached to pegs or braze-ons isn't a third-party add-on.

Honest, yes, but stupid/clumsy. 30 seconds on Google would have told the seller there is no Zephal model for Lotus. And the Eclair, the actual model, is a pretty nice bike.
