Ok this one just popped up. Which is weird for me, totally weird. This is on Ebay right now. Per my first post ever in these forums you may understand why im a little skeptical and wondering if I should even pursue this.

https://cgi.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll...id=p2759.l1259

I have NEVER seen another one of these EVER. I bought 2 of these in Germany, one of which was stolen from me. The store had only 2 of these and never got any more after I bought them both.

So how common is this model color combo honestly? Is it worth checking into? If even one person can say they have seen this color model ill rest easier. Kind of hard to not think the way I am because I can even see the same exact parts on the thing, I even took off the leather pedal straps back then and wallah, those arent on the bike either.

Looks pretty low-end whatever it is. E.g. crank spider is swaged onto the arm rather than a single forged piece.

This can't be a Schwinn Tempo or Circuit, right? I've never seen this badge on one.

Lotus Classique on eBay from Ohio. Could be cheap esp if picked up locally. It is certainly not the size the seller thinks.

Man I want this bike, but alas, it is not my size, nor is it on my side of the country:
57cm Miyata 512 Competition

A number of things I like about it...front and rear eyelets and fender clearance? MAN

It must have been added to the frame at somepoint...that's a headbadge for a fillet-brazed Schwinn, but that frame is lugged...

I am selling a vintage Campagnolo Nuovo Victory crank set 170mm 53/42. Has light scratches on outside of crank arms.

Bought this off ebay for $40 with plan of using it for project that I never got round to.

As much as it hurts, I am posting my personal road bike. Though it is an older steel lugged frame, it is in near mint condition. The standover height is 28 inches and would be great for someone 5'6" to 5'10". This bike has never been stored outside and again in near mint condition. My email address is uncleivan35@msn.com or my cell number is 781-485-7464, my name is Ivan. Thanks for looking.

1978 Peugeot PRN-10e - $250 (Haverhill)

Date: 2010-02-03, 11:18AM EST
Reply to: sale-dcgwc-1583976030@craigslist.org [Errors when replying to ads?]

I am regrettably listing my Peugeot for sale. She is a 1978 or 1979 PRN-10e which was a low-high end sporting bike in it's day. She's made of Reynolds 531 chro-molly tubing and is equipped with the original Mafac breaks and leers, Srronglight cotterless cranks and Ideal leather saddle. The bike is all original except the wheels, tires and bar tape! Cosmetically I would rate her at a 8/10. The ONLY reason that I am selling her is that she is hopelessly too small at 54cm. I would be willing to trade her for a Hybrid-style bike, or and interesting British-style bike or similar quality road bike (preferably another Peugeot in the PR/PX range) that is 58-60cm. Please e-mail me for high-res pictures!

Nope, it looks like it's swaged but it's not...and they were just the opposite of low-end back in their day, how well they held up is another question:

vintage Chrome schwinn road bike - $125 (kalamazoo)

Hi. I started to take this bike apart and was going to make a fixed gear single speed out of it but my plans have changed and I need the money. I will not accept less than 125, so do not ask. I have all the parts for it. This would make a SICK NASTY single speed bike. How many all chrome schwinns have you seen in your life? This is the only one. Only made 2 years.

its a 1978.
