Must be a Raleigh kind of day. Tallish Pro, not original.

59cm Vintage Raleigh Professional Reynolds 531

59cm Vintage Raleigh Professional Reynolds 531 - $480 (Mechanicsville)

59cm Vintage Raleigh Professional road bike with original paint & decals. Reynolds 531 frame built with a mix of high end vintage bike parts. I will also sell the frame, fork & Campy head set for $200 if you want to do your own build. The frame really needs to be repainted & restored but there are no dings or dents. Please email with phone number if interested. Thank you.

Here's a rare one, lavender A-D mixte. I sold a couple of these in my day. Hi-ten frame, as I recall. Nice little bike. This one looks like a 23" frame but I don't remember them being made in this size.

Vintage Bicycle

Vintage Bicycle - $150 (Suffolk)

condition: good

Vintage Austro-Daimler Michelle mixte frame bicycle. All original parts, new tires. In good condition, well loved but has not been ridden for a while. Time to find a new home.

Ross Signature series can be worthwhile bikes. There doesn't seem to be an authoritative thread on BF for them, but you can Google around. They are associated with Tom Kellogg and Jim Redcay.

One of the low-end Signatures has been sitting on Denver CL for quite a while (link). Decent price based upon condition, but not my size.

Their Mt-series MTBs can also be very nice (chrome-licous).

A different color and I'd be in trouble.

Nah, you got close enough to admitting that you might buy it in a parallel universe, so you're in trouble already. Drag out that credit card.

Just...whoa! Price is reasonable considering. I can't afford it, but it's worth it.

Yes - they did. If you're incredibly lucky you could even find a custom made Ross with SR...built by Tom Kellogg. Ross started the signature program in the 80s, and they put out some decent bikes.

Aaron, that is the bike I discussed with you a couple of years ago, and decided there was no meat left on that bone.

I picked up a Ross Signature 292S at Goodwill a couple years ago for $10. It has 1st generation 105 (Golden Arrow) components. I put straight bars and thumb shifters on it and it is now my wife's ride to work bike.

That Austro Daimler Michelle Mixte listed above is awesome, this Mixte was on the list too; it's just not green enough for me.

I know early front suspension mountain bikes get no love but the price tag on this one seems right for a quality (LX/STX) organ donor, or if someone has nostalgia for the weird fork
