Never heard of it, but I spy Gilco tubing, a Cinelli BB shell...
Nevertheless, pricing is probably a bit optimistic given the overall condition and presentation.

Rossin frame with a few extra parts. Has some rust. This is a relist, I offered $200 and was countered at $300. Maybe someone will want to take the challenge more than me!

I tried to buy that bike last year. He won't take paypal and will not ship, so I arranged with a bike shop to broker the transaction. All he had to do was take the bike into the shop, yet he wouldn't even do that. It's a beautiful bike but the seller is difficult to deal with.
