1960 or 1970s Campagnolo Racing Road Bike

[h=2]60 or 1970s Campagnolo Racing Road Bike - $150 (Geneva Illinois[/h]Needs tires, I encourage you to research this on the bay and net etc, very rare. Some are $1999 and up 5'9 to 6ft no worries I will clean the dust off and it's light as a feather!

Looks like a mid-level bike-boom era Italian bike, roughly analogous to the Atala "Grand Prix" or Bottechia "Special." Cottered cranks, Valentino derailleurs, can't see the brakes clearly, but likely Universal or Weinmann centerpulls. Hubs are probably Gnutti or Normandy, rims are likely steel and 27". Needs work & TLC. $150 is optimistic. Offer $75 if you're interested.

For the C&V BMX crowd...

83 Schwinn Predator BMX - $100 (San Diego)

I don't really know the BMX market, and I'm not familiar enough to be able to confirm that this is a Predator. But I think this might be a pretty good price to the right BMX aficionado.

Bertin road bike with 105 group - $375 (San Diego)

This has been listed for a while... even got new photos and additional details at one point. It looks to be pretty nice bike in really good shape, and I feel bad that no one around here has picked it up yet.

https://sfbay.craigslist.org/eby/bid/5642071545.html Kind of steep priced but it's Basso and it's got all the good stuff with Campy Super Record, the components alone are darn near worth the asking price!

Those tall sizes don't sell fast so always make an offer 20% less than asking price to see what they do.

Here's another bike not as expensive as the above bike, again make an offer: https://sfbay.craigslist.org/sfc/bid/5618569393.html

Not sure of the size, he says he's 6' 3": https://sfbay.craigslist.org/sby/bik/5631013475.html I think he's way over priced, maybe if it was all original and in mint condition then ok but that bike is not all original nor mint condition, I would offer $450 which will get you a laugh. But you can show him this bike, and remind him that the popular sizes get more money: Budget Bicycle Center - 1982 Trek 412 Road Bicycle 61cm And this bike is at a store which alway gets more money then private sale.

Not a bad bike and the price is low if that's what you're looking for: https://sfbay.craigslist.org/sfc/bik/5620432747.html

Here is a rare bike that was custom made: https://sfbay.craigslist.org/nby/bik/5620109666.html

You a few really nice bikes I listed which I'm sure are scattered out across the Bay area. Another option is I noticed a couple of bike shops that sell used bikes, you could go to several of them tell them what your looking for and what sizes you're looking for and give them your name and phone number.

Not C&V but there has to be people out there looking for nicer smaller road bikes. This Cannondale is probably early 00's vintage, a 48 with 650c wheels

Pair of Cilos in Central Tx. Both look very clean
Cilo lightweight 22" road bike made in Switzerland Shimano 600, possible Columbus SL/SLX(could be wrong). $160, great deal however you look at it. Too big for me or it'd be in the garage

Vintage Cilo Road Bike Tange1 and 2, Shimano 105 for $600(very optimistic pricing). Right size, wrong price.

I'm fairly confident that it isn't a px10. The lugs look wrong. My guess is that it is a UO8.
