Bianchi 12 speed road bike - $400 (Bristol, NH)

1990 + - Bianchi ,Campione D'Italia, Celeste, Unmolested with owners manual, bought new for $1,000.00. 56cm/22inch Columbus CrMo steel lug frame, Campagnolo derailleur system(was index now friction), Ofmega Vantage crank set, Ofmega head set, AR handle bar stem(I think the symbol is an A),Gipiemme seat post, Ambrosio 19 Elite Durex wheels with Ofmega hubs, Suntour Cyclone side pull brakes and the number on the bottom of the frame crank housing 3841 Bianchi 8.E the dealer wrote #38415E in the owners manual. I bought it new in New Haven CT, Always stored inside and not many miles on it. Lots of scratches and dings from moving around in the garage. I put the widest kevlar tires on it with in the first six months of owning it do to all the flats I was getting with the original ones(they are still the same ones and are in good shape). I lent it to my neighbor to ride the Sandwich, Ma to Ptown Ma, 60 mile ride about 7 years ago then it got put away and not used since. He had it all gone thru by a bike dealer in Falmouth Ma, greased, brakes, wheels, complete tune up then he put about 200 miles on it, practice on the Cape Cod Canal and the 60 mile ride. Now I'm up here in NH(about 1.5 hours north of Boston on rte 93) and its hanging in the garage. Hope I have it all in there. Thanks, Nick

Trek 520 touring bike - $450 (Pawtucket RI)

Trek 520 touring bike (1989 model). 24"/61cm cromoly frame with a stand over height of 34" good for someone 6' or taller. 21 speed Shimano drivetrain includes Deore front and rear derailers, 105 hubs and brake levers. Shimano 7 speed bar end shifters, Matrix Titan T rims, Avocet saddle, Blackburn rear rack, and flickstand. New tires and tubes last fall. Has braze ons for low rider front rack, another water bottle cage, and fenders. Original except that I changed to wider handlebars and a hybrid style stem for a more upright riding height. I used this bike sparingly for trips and century rides, not for everyday use. In very good condition. $450.

1972 Gitane TDF - Campagnolo - $350 (Bow, NH)

Early 1970s (probably 1972) Gitane Tour De France Professional. Rare TDF with Campagnolo front & rear derailers, shift levers and hubs. Also has Mavic rims, Mafac Competition brakes and levers, Stronglight cranks, Lyotard pedals. I believe it's mostly original except possibly the seat and post, seat is a leather ADGA. Paint is in good condition - no serious rust or scrapes, decals are mostly intact although not perfect. 59 cm frame. Asking $350 or best offer. Bike is unrestored - looking for a good home.

VINTAGE ITALIAN ROAD BIKE
It's a Basso, $550

For sale is a vintage Basso Italian 80's era road racing bike.
Picture the smile you'll have as you blow by modern carbon rigs costing 5x the price...Very fun, nostalgic, and cool!
Everything on the bike is period specific and race quality.
The entire drivetrain is Campagnolo throughout, Cinelli stem, Modolo brakes and pads, Ideale (French Brooks) leather saddle, Campy high flange hubs laced to tubular race wheels.
The only modern upgrade on the bike is bottom bracket which was upgraded to a Shimano.
The bike has been painted, so is not the original Basso color scheme. You may want to change that, or just clear coat it and lock in the patina. Your choice.
Pedals are not included. You'll need to bring your own.
No emails, talk or text only.
------------------------------

Repainted. It still has a nice look, way out in the country.

No it is an '88 Trofeo. The OEM setup was Sprint derailleurs, Modolo brakes and Ofmega cranks. I would love to have one of these again but I wouldn't pay $500+ for it.

Yeah, I didn't think so. It is missing the black head tube, and is lower end tubing, etc. etc...

I do love the way the paint has aged, though....

Now this is one serious custom bike, nice little touches on the frame. No nut design on the calipers, but I think I like the seat post most.

Wow that bike is chock full of custom features, well presented too.

As a Virginian I particularly like the brake nuts and cable guides

The write-up below of this bike apparently made in Canada sounds like an individual designed it in honor of the LeJeune Campeur.

In action. I guess this is before the renovation, more pix at link.

Obviously, not the seller. Oh, and I'd be a bit down on the new crank they put on.
Picture of Lejeune is the one he based his build on. I think he's been trying to sell it for a while now. One of his earlier listings said that it was build for him by a friend. I would question the quality of the build, sounds to me like a hobby frame builder (not that there is anything wrong with it).

Anyone looking for a smallish Trek touring frame?

https://denver.craigslist.org/bik/5774783063.html

Ignore the amazingly overpriced late 80s 400, the second bike is an 84 620. 531 with mid fork braze-ons. Still over priced at $500 given the state of the paint but you might be able to talk him down.
