Hydraulic rim brakes! I never knew such a thing existed! I'm interested, but getting it rideable again would likely be expensive and it's too far from me.

Can't really tell too much with pictures, but it looks like a fair amount of rust just on the BB shell, I would be want to see what the inside of the frame looked like before I ventured to far into that one.

I might be able to facilitate purchase/shipping if necessary.

Nice, I know how it is to get too much; then, one may not even know how one bike rides if one has too much but those who get as many bikes as they can handle deserve all the credit at that. That said, this has been a fair year at acquisitions, maybe I've had my share for the time being.

No, you can't get too many bikes but you won't have time to ride them all or at least, enough time to do them justice.

SF again, a brand one doesn't see often, not prohibitively expensive though one might not know what the quality is here.

1980'S CAYLOR CUSTOM LUGGED COLUMBUS STEEL ROAD BIKE FRAME AND FORK

I am selling a very nice,Vintage Gunnar Caylor Road Bike (Frame and Fork Only) from 1980. Gunnar Caylor has been custom building high end road bikes since the 70's in Modesto, Ca. Lugged and Butted Columbus Steel Frame with Campagnolo Drop outs front and rear. Frame size is 60cm measured from center of top tube to the center of the bottom bracket, and the top tube is 58cm from the center of the steer tube to the center of the seat tube. This was a project bike that I intended to finish, but I'm short on time recently, so I am selling. Included with the frame is an Avocet headset, and Campagnolo Bottom Bracket. This bike is beautiful and extremely lightweight for a vintage steel bike. No Dents, or Dings, or Cracks. Building a custom frame of this caliber would cost you at least $2000, so this is a heck of a deal. Bike is located in Stockton, Ca. Call Justin if interested at show contact info Thank you

-----------

More pictures at link, pretty good deal, only $250, one of a kind.
Note, one would have to install brakes.

Peugeot came with this shifter? Maybe.

Classic French Peugeot Town Bike, 5-sp stick, Overhauled

Located in Davis, CA near Vacaville, I'm willing to deliver it to Fairfield/Vacaville to a serious buyer

Cool Classic Peugeot Mixte Bike
Great Town Bike, Good for Students / Commuters
Rare 5-speed stick shifter, Completely Overhauled and Tuned Up

Cool 1970's Peugeot, "Record Du Monde" Made in France. Road bike-style tires good for distance, but it rides like a cruiser, very relaxed and comfortable to ride even for a beginner. It has just been completely overhauled and rides great! Great bike, can be a rider for many years to come if you take care of it and don't leave it out in the rain. I couldn't find a single other Peugeot online with this stick shifter. Not just cool, but also very easy to shift. Medium size frame, good for short or medium height person, about 5'4-5'10.

$300, and I can deliver it. The price is perfect for a Peugeot that's just received a complete head-to-toe tune up and new tires - regardless of the stick shifter so that's just a bonus.

Not in perfect condition but it's nice, a bit of rust here and there and some chips in the paint, to be expected of a 1970's bike, it makes for a cool looking bike and it rides great.

- Matching Original Rigida Wheels with New Tires and new rear tube (Continental Tires!)
- Front + Rear Hubs + Bottom Bracket Overhaul - Everything rolls smooth!
- Brakes completely disassembled so they work great!
- Rear shift cable replaced and tuned
- Front crankset removed, cleaned and polished, brand new cotter pins installed
- Wheels polished
- Handlebars are comfortable cruiser bars, not drop bars, makes it very comfortable and easy to ride

--------

Pricey though, unique shifter.

Alleged Jupiter King Bike here: https://www.lfgss.com/conversations/230363/

And here: https://www.bikeforums.net/classic-vi...bed-frame.html

One of the companies used "hexagonal tubing", I once saw one.

There may be some confusion here, the ebay ad really should have had a few more pictures.

Eddy Merckx Fixie - $400 (Bedford, NH)

Corsa Extra. Columbus SLX tubing with internal rear brake cable mounting. Paint is far from perfect, with plenty of scratches but no dents. Still a pretty cool looking bike, I think. Top tube is about 56, seat tube about 54. Great riding bike. Note that I'm keeping the Zipp stem, but will put on another.

Thanks @rekmeyata and @CuttersRidge

I learn something old every day!

Must be two different companies. One Japanese, but the BMX company was in Finland. I'm guessing this is the Japanese company (that appears to have made neat but mostly low-end bikes).

This looks to be a poor-man's Lotus Aero.
