Maybe @RobbieTunes would like or knows something of this. Almost vintage, but I would venture collectible. Top Tube repair at seat tube? Looks a little rough to me but not sure. $285 asking.

A teenager-size Paramount with 650 wheels. $240. In spite of what the seller thinks, some research says it's Asian not a Waterford based on Waterford's own history, but it does have a titanium rear triangle which is kind of cool.

Some sellers are in a different thinking. Those pics and presentation are bad yet have seen worse. Two of the other three pics (one was useless) had to be super zoomed as the sellers description is also fuzzy.

Anyways, it didn't sell. Looks legit and think its a solid value -considering what the many trashed Colnago's are listed for. Needs time in cleaning and paint touch-up on red. Campy N.Record parts are plentiful and can be reasonably priced. Good project

Desc.-

To answer a number of questions on the frame: Dimension from middle of BB to top of seat tube is 22.5". Dimension for top tube from mid-point of head tube to mid-point of seat tube is 22". I cannot repost photos right now but the bottom of the BB has a cloverleaf cut out. I have had the bike in storage for appx. 16 years or so and the scratches are probably from that time in storage and are not a function of a "spill" but I am not the original owner so cannot say for sure. The bike probably looks better in person than photos i.e. if it were me I would not likely re-paint. The paint is very presentable in person but does have nicks/scratches here and there. The larger scratch is under the front derraileur clamp, so that would mostly be hidden by the clamp. Thanks

Hi, Just a reminder before bidding on my item. Ebay is not my full time job and I also am not Amazon.com trying to satisfy the latest consumer addiction. So it may take 7-10 days to ship depending on size/weight of item since I travel for work. I only sell high quality British, American, Japan and Italian products and are always worth waiting for. Delayed gratification to receive a nice time piece or something that actually has utility can be a good thing.

Nice Vintage Colnago frame. I believe it is a Colnago Super Mexico from the 70's. Has a Super Record headset which I think typically sales for 120 or so here on ebay. The frame appears in good condition with a few scratches, no dents or scrapes. One or 2 decals are scratched. Has a shimano BB on it still. Overall it should be ready for building a great bike. 56-57cm

Looking at the Colnago frame, the toptube close to the seatstays looks like fuzzy paint from a bad repaint. I almost put a bid in.

sloar, that looks like semi-metallic or pearl paint to me. The color match is exact - so I don't think it's a respray. Still, what do I know...?

Found a similar decal on Velocals: Columbus Frame Tubing Set of 3-Cromale - VeloCals

"TUBI RINFORZATI GARANTITI - ACCIAIO SPECIALE" which roughly translates to: "guaranteed reinforced tubes special steel".

So yeah, pretty generic.

Beautiful and vintage from 1983 3Rensho Tandem Road bike. The bike is in excellent condition. There is no damage to the frame or fork. The bike used to belong to a former racer. This is a collector's piece, a pride and joy. Thank you!

3Rensho tandem seller also offering a Motobecane team Champion
$1200

Very nice survivor!

Vintage 1974-5 Motobecane Champion Team Road Bike | eBay

This is a beautiful 1974-6 Motobecane Champion Team, in the most collectible color and component gruppo. It is all original minus a few parts noted below. The size is 58cm (23"), with all Campagnolo Nuovo Record components. I believe the bike is from 1974, as the back derailleur is stamped 74. Additionally, the crank has a diamond and a four stamped in it, this puts the crank on the 74 year. I am the second owner of the bike. Due to my extensive vintage road bike collection, the Champion Team was given a full tune up, new tires and tubes installed, but ridden very little. The Moto is made of that incredible Reynolds 531 tubing, but will need some of the 531 decals replaced, specifically the decal on the seat tube and fork blades. The bike rides like the best of the best from the early 70's, because it definitely is. As you know, this is a limited production road bike, and that is the reason that you do not see that many for sale. The only reason that I'm selling the bike is because of other interest that have developed in the cycling world. The Team Champion is in beautiful condition, it has no damage to the frame or fork like dents, bends or the like. It, however, is not perfect. As you can see in the pictures, it does have paint blemishes, scuff marks, a few nicks, and light oxidation on some spots. I know that the Moto will make someone very happy, as it has made me, even if it spent most of her life with me as a wall queen. :-) Please let me know if you have any questions. thank you!

P.S. The wheels, bar tape, and hoods, appear to be the only things not original to the bike.

Size: 58cm or 23" from the top of the seat tube to the middle of the crank
Material: Reynolds 531
Saddle: Brooks Professional In very good condition ( no tears)

Front Derailleur: Campagnolo Nuovo Record
Calipers: Campagnolo Nuovo Record
Levers: Campagnolo Nuovo Record
Shifters: Campagnolo Nuovo Record
Hubs: Campagnolo Nuovo Record

In the world of 3Rensho, and I totally get it, this is a steal. How many of these were made? This would be a bargain for some of the regular one's.

Unfortunately this Moto has been there for quite a while, a sad indicator of how fickle, soft, whatever the C+V market can be. I would like to have it for the group as I already have one in my size which this is one is not and should stay whole as it is, but alas it's not in the cards.

Not only is that 3Rensho frame special, it's equipped with the original and cool components. The vertical dropout is interesting. Why they chose that rear derailleur, I don't know but worthy of conversation. If it works slickity, its cool. Campy triple yet note the cog set for flatlanders. 48 spoker. The Phil drum brake might be the only freaky part to depend on, but its unusual enough to leave it. It doesn't have to be overly used anyways, just a dragger.

Super neat machine.

I would love to own this bike, it's exactly my size and my favorite color, but currently out of my price range. Perhaps we need to institute a BF C&V fund to buy up great bikes for members.
