Looks like an '89 Campione de Italia, but someone swapped in Victory derailleurs and Synchro shifters.

If that was where I think, can't remember the name, I am surprised they sold it. When I was there he seemed more interested in keeping and showing off odd older items rather than selling. They wanted some like $350 for a Bates type, maybe a real one, FORK but come on how often does someone actually want one of those.
