Maybe he'll get more interest now.
Two weeks ago, a Schwinn Volare frameset caught my attention on eBay. Orange with chromed lugs, but a fair amount of chipped paint. Nobody was watching it. Seemed overpriced at $375 BIN.
The ad expired and the seller relisted at $750 BIN! Within a day, 25 people were watching it and, a few days later, someone bought it at that price.

Goes without saying, but be very thorough in your inspection given the "surprised it's still for sale" bit. If it checks out, sweet deal on a cool 80's paint job Fuji. That fork crown is dope!
