So for $100 plus $26 or so for a nice condtion used or even NOS derailleur (not including shipping which should be minimal), and a set of cables you would have a very nice bike for less than $200.
By the way in case you don't know, the Suntour Cyclone (or Cyclone MKII) derailleur system was an extraordinary derailleur system unmatched by any other manufacture except for Suntour itself with their Superbe and later Sprint, but they both shifted the same just Superbe was a tad lighter. Make sure before you buy it that the rest of the bike has the original components, it should have Cyclone or Cyclone MKII derailleurs front and rear (if my shifter thoughts are correct), Sugino crank, and Dia Compe brakes.
This is one of those bikes that if I lived near there I would have gone seen it fast, would I have bought it? if it looks as good in real life as the pic then for sure yes.

The one day I decide to not obsessively check Bay Area CL this pops up right in my back yard. I would've swooped down on those parts in a heartbeat.
Yes, obviously crashed, but there's surely enough parts meat on these bones for $50. And maybe the Columbus frame isn't bent.

SoCal pickup only - Rancho Cucamonga - $275 buy it now - Motobecane Grand Record
If the guy would ship, I might buy it. These are great raw material for 650b conversion. This one is a rare "good as is" bike.
Seller measures 24 1/2" from "mid crank to the base of the seat post" which I interpret as center top top
531 complete tube set
Nervex lugs
SunTour Cyclone and bar ends
Looks like the wheels were rebuilt? Ambrosio 19 rims
I've had 3 pass through Atelier Gugie, these were the best of the French production frames from a workmanship standard.

Mark, have you seen these two Peugeot mixtes in the Portland area? Both look to be in great shape:

Okay, people, this thing started at $450 and is now priced at one-third (that's 1/3) of its original price. That means two-thirds OFF the original price. Someone please buy this bike. Do I need to facilitate to get you moving?

CANNONDALE ROAD BIKE VERY NICE SHAPE
Midlothian is a suburb of Richmond VA, where I live. I only post local-ish bikes figuring that if someone is searching for something specific they can find what I would post anyway, but I'm getting some finds out there to the folks who might find this Cannondale interesting as well as that Bridgestone over there but who might not be diligently searching for either one.
