$25 has to be a typo. Why, the Spenco grips and lever covers are worth that, not to mention the yellow blinky just like the one I used to have.

Was going to be a project, but the frame is too big. Guessing the frame is 56. Put new tire (not included) on front to take for spin and although ragged, shifters and brakes worked.
