I would have picked it up a long time ago, but it is too big for me. I might give it a look anyway.

This one has been up for months, along with several others by the same seller. I'd have thought his bikes would appeal to somebody on here and have posted many of them, including this one.

This is one of the lucky ones which came through with components above specification. Factory specification was for NERVAR Sport chainset and Huret Challenger gear ensemble. This example got the upgrade to NERVAR Star chainset and rear mech upgrade to Huret Jubilee. Some came through with a full Jubilee gear ensemble.

Well, guess I missed your posting, and as I've only been scouring CL at a wider range in a vain attempt to locate one of my bikes which was stolen two months ago, I hadn't seen your seller's post.

Won't be apologizing though, as the seller has a nicely appointed bike up at a reasonable price, and if anything deserves a little assistance? Good on you for doing the same.

Trek 790 lugged "cross" bike.

This is way too small for me and overpriced, but I'll post it just because it's an under-the-radar sweet bike for commuting or touring. This was the one (?) year Trek made a super high quality "cross" bike. Kind of like a 700c Bridgestone XO-1.

They are not pristine, but they should be decent trail/gravel bikes.

I just added one of these to the stable, same year and same size. Mine was $300 cheaper.

Crap, I knew I shouldnt've come back to this board. Looks around my size.

Good thing it's in KC and I know no one there.

I'm sorely tempted and that is a great price (though not as cheap as my other Eisentraut).

Interesting how the assembler went with a longer than standard straddle cable on the rear caliper to give more room for the Blackburn's tongue. Weinmann offered them in something like six lengths.

Being from 1994, this may qualify as classic & vintage. Would you be comfortable riding old carbon frames?
