FWIW Serottas are popping up constantly round the Twin Cities.
I got a "line" on a Legend ti (10 speed Chorus) yesterday that would fit me perfectly and the fellow will trade me for fly fishing casting lessons and a day of guiding.

It's an Eccentric bottom bracket. You're able to rotate it for chain adjustment.

Not exactly low priced but I think its an interesting frame. Appeals as in quirky and its French blue! I suppose if one had enough parts stashed or extra resourceful in the build, could be fun for the vintage tandem crowd. Anyones guess how low an offer the seller would take, but I would look at $400-500 tops as complete built.
