I'm guessing Faux-nago. Decals are not only too low but the wrong font. The main triangle is tig'ed. Did they do that with a fork with a lugged crown?

@Drillium Dude? @KonAaron Snake?

small Miyata 1000 no handle bar for some reason

https://sfbay.craigslist.org/sby/bik/6042254606.html

52 cm. Miyata Touring Bike - $475 (campbell)

wow...super rare 1984 Miyata 1000 in beautiful condition, paint really shines, the bike has been sitting awhile and will need to be oiled up and tuned I am sure. Seat tube measures 54 cm from center to top or about 52-53 cm center to center and has a 30 and 1/2 " standover ...has rack and fender mounts with low rider front rack mounts mid-fork

This is a mid 1980's Diamond Back Ascent with mid fork eyelets for a rack! One owner & daughter is selling for her dad. She said he dad would take $50 for it. I know because I bought the mom's 1985 Univega Alpina Uno Mixte - in Hot Pink!

I thought that @Andy_K might fit it. Top tube Center to center is just under 22".

That probably is about my size and is kind of cool, but I really need not to get anymore bikes right now.

If you decide to see it, it's off 209th & Parker Ct. The daughter is nice and very low key. It doesn't hurt to just look....
