Zebra In The Wind
Vintage Zebrakenko Wind Road Bike, Royal Blue w tube shifters - $250 (north hills raleigh)

"vintage bike in good condition! needs a tune-up and ready to ride. complete with yellow fenders and a back rack w bungee straps. questions welcome although i'm not a bike expert. i'm 5'8 and the bike fits me well. please see the drawing in the photos for measurements and other photos for component details.
i found this info about the brand online:
Zebrakenko was a Japanese brand that goes back to the turn of the century (20th) but only started US distribution in the mid 1970s. They offered a wide range of models, from entry level to high end. There was even a nice Dura Ace 10 equipped track bicycle. The early models were typical Japanese bicycles: clean workmanship, very sturdy, capable components, but having a "dead" ride quality relative to the resiliency of most European bicycles. Depending on the year and/or model you could find them equipped with either Shimano or SunTour based groups. The brand seems to have disappeared in the mid-1980s, about the same time that the Zebra brand appeared.
The Wind was one of the original models distributed in the USA during the mid-1970s and was one of the most popular models."

Of Course
Raleigh Super Course - $375

"This is a 1971 Raleigh Super course with beautiful ornate lugs and Reynolds 531 main tubes. This bike was second in line to the Raleigh Competition which had all 531 tubes. If you were buying a bike in the 70's, this is what you wanted. I am the second owner and the og bought it to tour across a few states. He upgraded the crank to the ultralight it now has with bottom bracket and campagnolo bottom bracket bearings. It also has an upgraded rear derailleur to accommodate the larger rear cogs. It currently has a light wheel set with Phil Wood hubs but I can switch those out for the set that came on it consisting of a strong rear wheel with a Mallard hub and a light front wheel with a campagnolo hub. It also has an Ideale saddle that is not in awesome shape but is an Ideale saddle and still comfortable to ride. I love riding this bike and everything about it but I want to get a newer bike so I can tour to California and back in a couple months. I am open to trades and mostly looking for a touring bike and equipment."

This '90/91 Alfana looms to be in great shape and considering that I don't think $300ish is too bad for Prestige and 105SC

Beautifully crafted Columbus lugged, chrome-moly frame from the high point in Schwinn's road bike design and production. Smooth and responsive as only a quality steel frame can be. This fine frame was painstakingly restored and assembled with a combination of quality vintage and new parts. The complete drivetrain, wheelset and tires are 100% brand new and compliment the frameset to give quick, positive, trouble-free shifting. Truly the best of both worlds, the unique ride quality of a fine lugged steel frame, coupled with a modern drivetrain and wheelset.
Build Details:
Frame: Columbus Tenax chrome-moly double butted main tubes, chrome-moly stays, forged dropouts w/adjusters (frame was treated with JPW Frame Saver)
Seat tube (C-C): 21 inches; Top tube (C-C): 21 inches; Standover: 31 inches
Fork: Tange chrome-moly blades, full sloping crown, reinforcing tangs, forged dropouts
Recent re-paint with new decals
Headset: Shimano 600EX Alloy sealed (just cleaned, lubed and adjusted)
Handlebars: Cinelli Giro D'Italia 64-42 Alloy Road, Width 42cm, Bar Clamp Diameter 26.0mm (silver)
Handlebar Tape: Cinelli Gel Cork Tape (black) (new)
Stem: Origin8 Road Alloy C-S 22.2 x 180 x 80 x 26.0 (silver) (new)

$375.00 or reasonable offer. My loss is your gain. A comparably equipped aluminum frame road bike will likely cost more than twice as much, and not come close to providing the same ride quality. Steel is Real!!

I almost wouldn't mind having this frame as a replacement for my Sport SX but there is no way I would pay $325 for 20+yo Exage something bike, not to mention shipping.

I'm guessing Faux-nago. Decals are not only too low but the wrong font. The main triangle is tig'ed. Did they do that with a fork with a lugged crown?

This is a mid 1980's Diamond Back Ascent with mid fork eyelets for a rack! One owner & daughter is selling for her dad. She said he dad would take $50 for it. I know because I bought the mom's 1985 Univega Alpina Uno Mixte - in Hot Pink!
I thought that @Andy_K might fit it. Top tube Center to center is just under 22".

I believe this is a '86 model. It's been up for sale for months for $140. There's another on ebay for $469 with 25 people watching it.

@smoothness - wow that's a long search. This ad didn't even have the word Univega in the title - it said something like "Hot Pink Women's Mountain bike" or similar, and was an ad with a 21" turquoise Diamond Back Ascent.
So you've been looking for a mixte? A Univega mixte? A mountain style mixte?
