70's Cinelli, or at least the head badge is. Maybe a re-spray, with new replacement decals? Badge has quite a bit more wear than the paint. Someone with more familiarity can enlighten. Cable rub or dent by the shifter bosses, ripple in tubing below the lug? Hard to tell...

I think the reason the front wheel is missing is because it was tacoed in the crash. Looks like a buckle in the downtube to me. Nice collection of parts though.

Stem looks REALLY SCARY
Looks like the seller stripped the threads on the clamp bolt & drilled through the top of the stem to install a longer allen bolt through it!
