I did end up picking this up, but the paint is in poor-to-fair shape, everything else in good condition. Not exactly what I was looking for but an opportunity nonetheless. I think it'll get the SS/Fixed treatment with a Surly wheelset and new brake hoods, and back on CL in a month, or maybe just before BTWD, if I can complete in time. I have other plans for the wheels and the ARX may end up here or on the eBay.

Waterford 1250 road/light touring bike. The is a super comfortable and stable ride. The frame and fork were built in 1995 and the bike was assembled in a pro shop. The premium paint (considerable price adder at the time) is called "chameleon green," which is metallic and has a hint of purple in it. Looks amazing in the sunshine. The pics don't do it justice. The gruppo is mixed, with a 10 speed Campy Centaur Triple drive train, Campy levers, and Mavic brakes. There is very little mileage on this drive train. The custom built wheels use Campy hubs with DT spokes and Mavic rims. Continental GP 4 season tires front and back, both in good condition. The bike has eyelets, front and back, a chain hanger, and a pump peg. Size is 57cm top tube and 57cm seat tube, both measured center to center.

Overall this bike is in very good condition and is ready to ride. The only obvious flaw are paint chips on the drive side chainstay. I have touch up paint in the correct color, though I'm not sure if it's still usable.

This bike was my main ride for several years before I purchased a carbon road bike. Thinking that I would use the Waterford for commuting and light touring, I reconfigured it as a triple and put a rack and Ortlieb bags on it. I just haven't ridden it very much. Every year I prep the bike for the season, ride a couple of miles, and put it back on the hook. Time to move on. Let me know if you have questions or need more details about anything.

Vintage 80's Pinarello (think it is 1985). Not 100% sure of the model, research and advice points to Catena Lusso.

55 cm or 56 cm. - measured C-T like this link to avoid any confusion about how (https://www.ebicycles.com/article/ho...ike-frame.html). Variance is due to curve in the top of the seat post, not sure where the 'top' really is! C-C is 54 cm. Original rider was about 5 ft 9 in.

Arlo LA Paint Job - commemorative of '84 Olympic win on a Pinarello by Alexi Grewal, first Americal to win cycling gold. Paint is original and in really great shape. A few scratches as you would expect from the age, but still a nice shine. All decals are still on and considering age are in decent shape. Same paint job as bike in Breaking Away movie - the pic is from the movie, not me

Columbus Aelle R framset.

Think all the parts are original (and match options noted in a vintage 80's catalog for Catena Lusso). Royal Compe brake calipers. Pinarello Olimpic seat. Pinarello dropouts. Suntour Cyclone derailleur set. Pantographed 3 ttt handlebars and stem.

Bike has been in storage for several years and not ridden for a long time, so needs some maintenance to get it ready to ride

Yes, great price, great bike. I've been looking for a Raleigh pro for several years now but it was never quite the right bike or the right logistics. This one looks great but still needs some work which is what I prefer.
