This one was posted here on BF less than a week ago and I'm not the seller nor have any affiliation, but if anyone is looking for an Italvega Nuovo Record at about half of what the Richmond, VA posting was, its not terribly far from me (about 10 miles) so could facilitate if needed. I could also help to negotiate if needed (given missing RD, tires, chain, rusty and loose appearing spokes, and general condition needing a lot of work) - I think a discount could be had.

But packing would be on you and the local bike shop plus shipping via your favorite bike carrier.

Looks like a nice very early 1970's midrange Nuovo Record (and in my size too!), I think it could clean up easily, and likely early like 1970 or so given the Campagnolo Tipo hubs. If I didn't already have enough Italvega projects, I'd think hard about this one. Someone take this so I don't do something dumb.

Tiny bike, worn rims, rusty drivetrain and chrome stay, overly scraped rear triangle. Dura-Ace stuff, but still, I'm not sure where his $3000 valuation is coming from (maybe a bong?).

Just paid $5 less for the same make/year/model bike in roughly the same shape here. I was shocked at how friggin light the damn thing is. Feels solid but very light, better put together than the vast majority of mid-level and even upper level bikes I've gotten my hands on over the years.

This was won in a contest in the early 1980's , it was a top of the line machine. It has approx. 50 miles on it total!
