Looks like it has a Reynolds sicker on the fork so a 7 or 9 series. The head badge, as far as I can tell, looks screwed on which I believe makes it a 1980 or earlier.

The top tube is damaged. And the fork looks suspicious.

The chromed rear triangle on this bears cheaking it out for $495. It could be just a SBX frame, still nothing to sneeze at, or a EL or TSX. Indianapolis, I also don't think it looks like a 59.

This bike is local to me- I saw it last fall, and didn't even notice the seat stay. There was noting -in person- that looked interesting.

Even better. I did notice that it lacks shifter braze-ons, another indication of earlier production.

$500

Selling a nearly (everything but brifters, pedals, and seat) all original low miles Kestrel 200 SCi.

Has been garaged it's entire life, an interesting and historic bicycle.
Very sturdy undamaged carbon frame, highly rated and sought after. Frame weighs ~3.2lbs.
Shimano 600 Tri Color components (the line that became Ultegra in the late 90's).
Because of these components and the carbon fork this bike is of late 90's vintage.
Including everything pictured, Cateye Velo 5 Computer, and Profile Century Aerobars.

$275 - Panasonic PT-3500

The lady of the house is making me get rid of the 'clutter'.

This is a vintage bike in great shape, with a long wheelbase and super comfy ride. Full Cromoly frame. Its the original 18 speed but and running on modern 700c wheels. New tires. I'm the second owner and put under 100 miles on it. Handlebar reach is on the longer side. SPD pedals and brooks saddle not included in price, but can include for very reasonable prices.

Seat tube: 51cm (c-t)
Top tube: 53cm c-t

Specs from the original 1988 catalog found here.
https://get.google.com/albumarchive/...h_tuLtCEV6YY2_

My upgrades for the bike are:
- Shimano 105 Triple crankset, and 105 bb
- Front Shimano cantilever brakes (CX-70)
- Tektro Aero brake levers
- Pair of WTB Slick 700cx32 tires

Trek Tourer

Trek Road Bike - $135

"Good, Solid Trek Road bike. She has been road, but still has many miles to go. Appears needs need inner tube...valve appears to not close. Otherwise needs a good cleaning and light tune up."

https://wilmington.craigslist.org/bik/6210245620.html

(Too small for me. Long chainstay. (Brooks alone nearly worth the price.))

Picked up two bikes today. Both from the same period (late 80's) both triathlon bikes from competing Japanese companies.

First one was a Centurion Dave Scott Iron Man triathlon that was on our local Greenville Offer Up. It was in Pelzer, SC about 18 miles away. One bad image in his ad but I could make out what it was. Asking only $100, I fetched it for $80.

Second bike was in Commerce, GA a 90 mile drive for me but all interstate. This was a Nishiki Tri-A bike in super condition. This was listed on Craigslist but ad has been removed now. Asking $225, paid $200.

Both bike are 56cm (22in). Overall I think I like the frame workmanship of the Nishiki best. Both are Tange 1 tubing Shimano 600 groups. Both gentlemen selling the bikes were very interesting to talk with. Seems cycling pulls in some really cool folks!

Images are from Internet not of actual bikes.
