I use one of the crawlers to search for stuff while enjoying my morning coffee, usually adhuntr.com

I haven't bought anything in awhile, I just like to see what is out there and when I come across something neat, I post it here.

A wonderful and beautiful time capsule if ever there was one. Look at that positively glowing crankset and other alloy pieces. Wow! I'm essentially working on it's little sister (on the other end of the size chart). 1982 and 1983 are essentially identically-spec'd bikes, and unlike the half-original Pro Miyata that I am restoring, this one is 100% (...ok, Symmetric shifters swapped for bar-ends)

This 1983 63cm Pro Miyata is gorgeous, original, and well loved. Priced appropriately at $745 + very professional shipping.

The price is pretty good imho, rare to me color, many non original parts, large size maybe good or bad.

I'm coveting that downtube cable stop just as much as the frame itself...

I posted one of those cable stops here about a year ago. It went for north of $100.

It is quite a well-designed piece, isn't it?! Looks like the sail/conning tower on an Akula-class submarine. I would say it's easily the best looking resolution to the unsophisticated cube braze-on.

The aero-bladed fork blades and seat stays two other frame elements that are a sight to behold. Heck, the entire fully-sloping crown and smoothly-curved fork is wonderful!

Sure, Why Not?

Tall 63cm Miele Lupa Road Bike - $100 (Mechanicsville)

"Tall 63cm Miele Lupa Road Bike. 63cm center to top & 58cm center to center. All Shimano 105 & probably Colombus tubing like many Miele. Overall good shape with new tires & bar tape. Some worn decals but still good original patina. Trades considered & please email if u would like to see the bike."

https://richmond.craigslist.org/bik/...346178979.html

("Probably Columbus"? Yeah, right. Probably not, but still a reasonable price for what appears to be a decent bike.)

I have to wonder the vintage of this bike, and was it originally meant to be a cruiser? The rear cogs look to be a fairly close ratio, but not quite a corn cob. Shimano Crane? First one I recall seeing. Are the handle bars original to it? Reynolds 531 tubing? If this is all original to the bike, I would guess fairly high end for the period? Feel free to correct me if wrong.

No expert here but will go out on a limb anyway. Bars are Soma so not original, 531 decal ghost I think on seatube, crank and deraileurs also not original. While not high end, a pretty nice frame imho.

This is from my local Facebook but maybe someone could benefit from it?
https://www.facebook.com/marketplace...75099632993660

Asking 200$-100$. I have a Vista Suntour bicycle. These bikes were made from the 70's till the early eighties. This bike is in excellent condition and are hard to come by. These bikes were made in competition with Schwinn Bicycles and are very well made. Collectors & Hobbiests would be ideal candidates but all are welcome.

Falcon made a full line, from gas pipe to full db Reynolds. I'd say that's a mid-range, maybe Super Course-level bike. Nice shape, in any case.
