Nice lugs. This would be in my garage if it was closer.

Motobecane Champion Team Campagnolo - $900 (Chapel Hill)

"A collectors bike in the sought after orange color in excellent condition and mostly original. Luis Ocana won the tour De France on this in 1973. The frame size is 56 cm.The components are original Campagnolo Nuovo Record and work perfectly. I replaced the tires with Gatorskin tubulars."

Bike porn for today. A "perfect condition" Dave Moulton Fuso for a friendly price of $850. I texted the seller for the size. He said it's 22" which is just a bit too small for me. It would have been a nice weekend trip to Palm Springs.

And forks! That is a pretty bike. I had a tall blue one slip through my fingers a couple years ago.

Given the condition, I think that $900 for this De Rosa near to Miami is a pretty good deal

The hubs in which they reside look to be New Star, one of the badges of Etablissements Perrin.

Roold UBS 1 Vintage Racing Bike - $499 (Harpswell)

condition: good
make / manufacturer: Roold
model name / number: UBS 1
For Sale is a Vintage Roold Bike Model UBS 1. It is steel with the main tubes being Vitus. The frame is orange and is 23" or 58 and a half millimeters C to C. It is USED. It has 170MM Stronglight cranks, and 52/42 chainrings, a Campy high flange hub for the front wheel and Fiamme rim and a Shimano hub for the rear wheel and a fiamme rim. The shift system is Campagnolo Nuovo Record and the brakes are Shimano DuraAce. The stem is Kusuki and the handlebars are Cannondale. The pedals are Kyokuto and the rat traps are Christophe. The saddle is of no name that I could find. It is a 10 speed bicycle. These are all great components and it is a racing bicycle! Shipping is $185 but if in Maine, can pick it up for nothing!

Thanks very much for sharing this interesting find!

The forum has had several threads on Roold cycles. As best I can recall all were base models similar to a Peugeot U08. Despite Dutch/Flemish sounding name manufacturer is located in France.

I'm thinking Reynolds probably made the tubing for them, so Reynolds probably didn't care.
