Old school Bianchi Corsa - $200

Dunno if it’s a good deal, but I rarely see Bianchi’s this old. Link.

For sale, or trade. Late 70's Bianchi Corsa. Road bike. It is in Excellent condition. Size is 58 cm. Has new bar tape, and all new cables, and saddle. All Suntour derailleurs. Good tread on tires, and thorn resistant tubes, and slimed. This bike is ridden on a rotational basis. Fast, and fun, classic steel. Cash, or will trade for a quality winter sleeping bag. Must be 5lbs. Or under, of comparable value. Thanks for looking.

'70s Paramount (P10?) - 25"

$240, are we serious? I'm full up as far as space goes...but I could squirrel away that frameset because it's a Paramount. Right? I thought getting a nice vintage Davidson frameset (with Record headset) for $150 was a stupid good deal (and the seller was aware of what he had). Help, BF C&V.

I sent you a message I would love a Paramount but with oldest in university and youngest getting ready to start I had come to accept that I wasn't getting any fine toys - just cheap ones.

I agree a 25 inch frame Paramount for $240 (plus shipping) is great and I can convince myself it is just a cheap toy purchase.

Ps it just snowed 6 inches here so I am in no rush whatsoever.......

I sent a message to seller asking if it was still up and how bad the rust is.

I have an early 70s World Voyageur and it is a damn nice ride. I had been looking for an early 70s Paramount and this one came along. 240 is a great price. I can't tell, does it have chrome lugs? I paid $210 for my 92 Paramount frame set.

Did that help?

Bent Or Not Bent, That Is The Question...

Vintage Lotus Classique 12-speed - $185 (just south of UNCW)

"Nice vintage steel frame 12 speed. Probably from early 1980s. Good condition. Made in Japan. See the pictures and get in touch if you are interested.

Measures 59 cm from bottom spindle to top of top tube [along seat post]. From website research appears to be 1983 model, 23 inch frame size. Measured step-over distance is 85 cm or 33.5 inches. Wheelbase is 100 cm."

https://wilmington.craigslist.org/bi...529478498.html

(Lovely Champion 2, Tsunoda brazed Lotus with 600 Arabesque, but the fork appears bent, and paint missing from the top and down tubes may support a theory of front end damage. But I am not certain. It is in my vicinity, (and even though it's in my size, I already have an '84 Odyssey, so this would be essentially redundant), so I'm willing to facilitate.)

I checked with seller. Bike still available as of 11am and he advised there is only surface rust.

Looking for a facilitator. I have emailed riddleofsteel who identified it, hopefully he can facilitate. If not will seek another. Would like to know how bad the rust is and if paint is salvageable.
