handbuilt by Martin Tweedy for Hampsten Cycles about 12 years ago.
excellent condition. slap guard is a little dry, that being the worst of it
i do have parts to complete the build if desired such as 9 speed cassette hubs/mavic rims, Sugino 50/36 XD crank, Ultegra 6500 f/r derailers, Nitto bar/stem, etc. for a very reasonable additional charge
