The seller says this was his dads 1966 Peugeot road bike. The frame looks to me like 60 to 62 CM's? I noted it does have an old model headlamp, and I assume tail lamp to go with the wheel generator.
I could be wrong, but the seller doesn't sound very bike savvy. Worth a look.

Beautiful late 70's Peugeot Touring Road 10 speed bike fully optioned original bike in volcano red. In great condition, likely might want new tires though - Parental bike, downsizing, too old to ride, and hanging in garage gathering dust! 10 speeds, fenders, rack, pump, tools, lights fore and aft, on generator/rim. All original Peugeot, great and detailed painted lugged frames, would have liked to sell as pair, easier on us. Blue sold yesterday. Red 22/23 frame size, 32 standover. Have ridden both, in past, great bikes, full metal fenders and this build quality is lost today! Also have the brochure and booklets, remember those! Rents keep everything! $150 OBO !
