Sellers should give a $200 discount for expecting buyers to come to facebook. :-P

+1; along with the CLers who only want you to text them (no phone/Email).

Or, they can just expect to lose a chunk of their potential buyer population. Whadevah....

I wonder if the front skewer is the "broken off kickstand' from the description. I can't really tell from the pics, but I don't see a kickstand near the bottom bracket. It doesn't sound like they know how to re-attached the wheel. The skewer is also displayed as if it was the broken kickstand.

Didn't look that closely but re-looking and you're right - skewer, not kickstand, seems to be the case. Noticed this also posted in the FB Paramount group not long after I did here and right after that the current bid amount started climbing. Pickup only may limit how high it goes, it may work out for someone near Indianapolis. The more I look the nicer it appears.

I like mine a lot.
I have an early 1980s Mooney very similar to the one posted here. I have been selling off stuff lately, I couldn't bare to sell the Mooney, workmanship is beautiful. And the Campy jewels just sparkle against the dark navy paint.

Not sure what the story is but this seller seems to be having a lot of park tools for sale recently
per ad

"Park Tools Torque wrenches.
TW-1 1/4"
TW-2 3/8"

Never Used Bought New."

These are NOS but I saw them listed for over $100 each on line

A Hopefully Useful Post, (Not Merely A Link), With A Picture And Everything!

1986 Guerciotti Racer - $180

"I've had this beaut for a couple years now but my coworker is going to give me his old road bike, so I am looking to move on.

I actually just put about 130 into it at Two Wheeler Dealer a couple weeks back to replace the freewheel and rear tire. This bike has been on a few tours all across Florida and around Wilmington. Beyond the ride itself, you get a lot of oohs and aahs from bike shops and collectors because it is a vintage Italian frame and is pretty rare!

A little on pricing-- I'd be willing to take 180 or best offer. I paid around $300 for the bike and over the years have put about $200 into it with new parts and enhancements. The frame is collector and sells for about $500 on eBay from what I see. The only thing you'd probably want to replace is the handlebar tape (can order on Amazon for about $10) as it's a little worn.

The size is 54cm. For reference, I am 5'11" and it fits just right and the seat could go lower so I'd say anyone 5'5" to 6' would be a great fit. It's got a 6 speed freewheel and as mentioned was just replaced so it is pristine.

I work in and live around downtown, so if you're interested in coming by to check it out, I'm down to meet whenever (week or weekend are both fine)!

If this posting is up the bike is still available.

Shoot me a note on Craigslist or send a text to 646 39 s even seven 823

-Gadi"

Excellent! Yeah, frame is pretty rough, not sure if sure if it's salvageable (joins at BB shell look horrible), but the parts (minus headset) look fairly good.

He also had a Fuji Gran Tourer in rough shape. I got that too. Decent parts on that, worth more than what I paid at least. I'm sure I'll find a use for them.

PUCH Marco Polo 18 Speed Bike in very good condition.
This is a very nice Vintage bike mfg in Austria that rides extremely well.
Frame is approximately 22-23" and will therefore fit a taller person (I am 6"1").
Frame made from Reynolds 531which really absorbs the bumps on the road making the ride very smooth.
Tires - Continental 27 X 1 1/8 ".
Suntour Cyclone Derailer.
Shimano Dura-ace brakes and brake grips.
Sakae Custom Road Champion Handle Bars.
Brev Seat Stem.
Maillard Quick Wheel Hub Releases.
Christophe Metal Toe Holders.
Avocet Touring seat.
Vetta C-15 Speedometer/Odometer.
Have seen on the internet for much more.
