Past Its Prime?
Specialized Rock Hopper mountain bike - $20
"Old mountain bike which is past its prime. The tires and inner tubes were more recently replaced and are in good shape. The chain is currently jammed but if the jammed/bent link is removed the gear shifting and everything should still work properly. Brakes work well when properly adjusted. Basically, this can still function as a bike (although the connection between the frame and handlebars has been worn down) but it could also easily be taken apart for the parts like the seat, tires, etc. If you have any interest just send me an email and we can talk pricing."

Nice looking mid-'80s Univega Super Strada, lugged frame with Dura Ace AX group. Unicrown fork and aero hoods, so maybe late '80s. And it's red! Looks nice. Close to my size but maybe a smidge too large. Alas, I have too many medical expenses right now or I'd probably grab it for myself.

5xx was for the Ishiwata stuff, 7xx was for Reynolds and 9xx was for Columbus but all that might have changed by the time that one was built. I had a 710 and now have a 510.
