Marinoni with accessories and nice components. Low price, and it fits me. Very tempting, but I won't be buying it.

Marinoni Ciclo Randonneur 57cm Zona Steel Road bike - fully tuned - $670 (BKLN Museum)

This is the perfect all purpose road bike / light touring / comfort bike. Built by one of Canada's best framebuilders with 70 years experience, this frame is made of high end Columbus Zona steel with the rare Megatube option - the top tube and down tube are oversized diamond shaped tubes giving considerable stiffness even with larger loads or rough roads. The frame is also fully chromed which makes it far more durable and rust resistant. The bike has been fully rebuilt with new chain, cassette, crank, cables, bartape, and deraileurs. The bike rides like new and is ready for a long service life with minimal fuss. The bar end shifters are super durable and simple to use, and will probably last as long as the frame, The bike also features powerful Ultegra brakes. The crank has more moderate 46/36/26 gearing which will let you get up any hill without a sweat. The cassette is a mid range ultegra unit. The bike has Japanese Honjo fenders - the best. Without them the frame can fit quite large tires. Best of all, the wheels are Shimano's best Duraace Hubs laced to Mavic Open Pro - the reference in quality pro wheels. The tires are fresh Schwalbe Durano S 700x25s. The Seatpost, Handlebars, and stem are high end Deda components with both traditional brake levers and top mounted cross levers for maximum versatility. The bike has less than 100 miles since being fully rebuilt and is fully tuned and ready to ride.

If you're interested, please include a phone # with your email and let me know when you can come see it - don't ask if it's available (the ad will be removed when it is sold). You come to me, cash only. My price is less than what the frame cost new, so I am not very flexible. Considering the bike is fully upgraded it is a steal. The frame does show a tiny ding on the top tube and has a few blemishes that the original owner touched up. This is the perfect all purpose/all weather bike but not too precious to lock up. The size is 57cm with a 110mm stem, which will fit riders 5'10-6'3.

Miyata "Elevation 2000" High End Mountain Mtb Commuter Touring Bike, $130 -- Los Angeles area (Gardena / Torrance) @ CraigsList
For sale is a Miyata Elevation 2000 Mountain bike. Upper level bike for its time. Everything works, frame is straight, no dings, no major rust, some scratches. North Road Bars installed for a more comfortable riding position.

As a rough guide, it will fit someone approx. 5'2" to 5'7".

Classic LUGGED frame is made of high quality splined triple butted chromoly--a Miyata exclusive. Extra low gearing, Shimano Deore DX derailleur.

Would make an excellent commuting or budget touring bike.

Looks like a clean, unmolested, original StumpJumper from 1982.

1982 Specialized Stumpjumper - $500 -- Denver CO @ CraigsList
1982 Specialized Stumpjumper mountain bike - this is the second year they were made. Amazing condition. All original parts, except the tires which I think are from 1989. I believe it is a medium - 19" from center of bottom bracket to the top tube.

A true part of mountain biking history.

Looks like a lot of bang for the buck -- Surly Troll size=M, Ortleib panniers, rack, a Burley trailer, and spares.

Surly Troll Touring Bike w/ Racks Panniers and NEW Burley Trailer, $800 -- Washington DC area @ CraigsList
Needs nothing and is ready to go.

Surly Troll. Size medium/56cm. I'm 5'9" the bike has worked fine. I've took it touring and Bikepacking a lot and if you're around my height the bike should fit. The bike is about four years old. Custom built for touring. Front and rear racks included. Four panniers included. Two Ortlieb waterproof and two Jandd rear panniers (never used). Stock fork replaced with basic coil spring front suspension. Two handbuilt 26" wheels with Schwalbe Mondial tire on front and Surly Extraterrestrial on rear. Comes with six extra new tubes for the tires as well as one extra Schwalbe Mondial tire. And one Extra Surly ET as well. Spares tires are practiacally new. Mechanical disc brakes.

The bike is set-up and geared for loaded touring. Three chain rings up front. Nine speed cassette in the back. 27 gears. The bike runs perfectly. Thumb shifters with an option for both friction and index shifting. It was just tuned up professionally at a bike shop this month. Tour ready complete with pedals and bags and a recent full tune-up.

Also comes with never used in box Burley Cargo Trailer with two extra never-used Schwalbe 16" tires for the the trailer and two extra never used tubes for the cargo trailer.

Schwinn Paramount 57cm Vintage Lugged Road Bike !! Fixer Upper !! - $100 (Everett or N Seattle)

Here for sale is a Paramount frame and Fork with some of the original components, Campagnolo, and some after market Shimano 600 and 105 stuff. No Chain, no wheels, no seat post, no pedals, otherwise complete. Price is low because of one dent (see images) not super big, like the diameter of a us quarter and the depth is maybe between an 1/8 and a 1/4 of an inch.

Univega Specialissima - 53 cm 1984 Vintage Lugged Steel Touring Road - $220 (Shoreline or Fremont)

Well-loved and well-ridden touring bike from the mid '80s in perfect mechanical condition. Univega's top-of-the-line touring bike. There is some question whether these frames were built by Miyata (making this the sibling of the Miyata 1000), but the quality is apparent. Frame shows the miles, but this bike rides like new. All the braze-ons for front and rear racks for heavy touring. Load it up and ride it to the ends of the earth. Bought for a friend, but it ended up being a bit small.

Size 53 cm (21 in), perfect for somebody 5'4" - 5'9"

18 speeds - for climbing hills!
Suntour Superbe front derailleur.
Suntour rear derailleur and barcon (bar-end) shifters.
Dia-Compe cantilever brakes and levers.
Sugino AT crank - triple.

Ready to ride!

It was a $300 Pinarello Treviso, but looks like it’s gone now.

Schwinn Peloton w/ Reynolds 853 62cm frame, Shimano 105/Ultegra, Mavic rims -- $300, Dallas/FW TX area @ CraigsList

The ~late '90s Pelotons came with Ultegra/DuraAce components, IIRC. This one apparently has 105/Ultegra, so uncertain if it has been altered.
