Looks like a 1985 model from what I can see, maybe 60cm? No drive side pics. $200 OBO.

Nice bikes, be aware that this model has the proprietary Shimano "B" shifter boss, so you can only use that style of shifter unless you modify the boss.
Decent tire clearance for a 1980s bike, 28c fit comfortably.

But right you are, probably a 23" based on that and your info - maybe smaller. I have an '85 Peloton and I'm not really into assembling an '85 Schwinn showcase even if I did have space. I can of course facilitate if anyone is interested, it's lurking somewhere in my immediate vicinity.
