Reynolds 531 tubing
Measures approx 24" from the centre of the cranks to the top of the seat clamp. It's more like 23" to the top of the top tube.
Rear Measures 22' to the top of the clamp.
So I'd say this frame is more like a true 23" front 21" rear.
This bike is just beautiful, original paint, decals, and box lining.
Chrome fork ends, it just looks amazing. They are only original once,
She has been dry stored many many years, hence the amazing condition.
Has a Sturmey Archer 3 speed ( I think ) Hub, plus a Cyclo derailleur. Which would of been a two or three speed. At present it has a single cog fitted, but I have a new old stock 3 speed block somewhere which I will include in the sale. So that gives 3 x 3 = 9 gears.
Emergency brake pedal operates the drum brake at the rear for those long descents.
This is an easy project that needs just a few parts. Needed are handlebars and saddles, I have the mudguards if you want them, plus some tinkering and love.
Has original Resilion Brakes, which fetch a small fortune alone.
It's been hanging in our shed for too long untouched.
It's time for someone to finish it

The 610 is supposed to be the mid-level Miyata touring bike - surprised to see stem shifters and aux. brake levers on this. But it does have a Champion steel decal and cool high-flange hubs. No drive side photos in the ad. Look like center-pull brakes.

I think it's the year. The only ones I've seen are more touring oriented with canti brakes and different tubing.

Spotted these on the big auction site for $20 each, stainless steel copies of the TA Ref 213 handlebar bottle cages. I grabbed the last one from a previous listing in December for $5 cheaper, looks pretty good though the supplied mounting rings are pretty useless for my purposes. But I haven't seen many of these in circulation and they're still cheaper than even pretty beat up real ones seem to go for.

I wouldn't fret over the carbon fiber tubes failing too much as I've read they were significantly overbuilt, but the "lugging" might be of concern? I inspect the joints of my 2120 regularly.
If the bike was nearer to me, I'd take a look at it and document, as I haven't seen such before from Miyata. It would need to be a couple of centimeters taller to really arouse my acquiring interest. The price is certainly right?

Who knows what it is...pump pegs, no hanger, possibly drewed, chrome's gone. IMO the paint-resto is the value of the frame, maybe half of asking.

My '95 Giant CFM-2 carbon tube MTB was also an LX bike. Nice enough ride but if I keep it I'd put a rigid fork on it for the riding I do.

Happens to me pretty frequently, even with just one image. Fortunately, most of the time, I'm just referencing a URL out on the web, so I can just insert the IMG tags manually and paste in the image URL.
