^^^^^^ Cute, nice shape, and one of the coolest-named bikes in the history of the industry. But it's still a bike-boomer with a hi-ten frame, stamped dropouts, cottered cranks with 3-point steel riveted chainrings, steel rims, etc. Seller is probably unaware that ratchet shifters are not "index". One of these came up on our CL for about half that price recently.

it's a little worse for wear and I am very bummed it does not have DT mounts but wrap arounds.
all and all though great bike for the price... I think haha
guy had 2 other people as for sure buys so I gave him the full 65.

good to know! This was sort of a spur of the moment buy. My elance fell over and got banged up pretty good (complaining thread posted elsewhere). In my sadness I searched trek in offer up hoping for something comparable and saw this!
