Thoughts on this? It's fairly close by and is my size. Pics aren't great - can't see any of the components

^ I've got an Accordo RS in the garage waiting for me to find some time for it. I believe I paid $10. At that price I couldn't pass it up.

53cm Griffon on eBay (I can't claim the discovery, I saw it on Classic Rendezvous):
https://www.ebay.com/itm/143309127723
I like mine, though as of yet I've ridden it just once (dang wet Spring).

1988 Miyata Ridgerunner Team MTB, $90 OBO @ Fort Collins CO area, CraigsList.
Frame size "medium" and condition "fair." Triple-butted (splined) chromoly tubes. Appears to have the Shimano Deore DX drive train. With a non-factory tweak to the stem and bars. But it might make a good project for someone looking for a bulletproof commuter or on/off-road ATB.

"Super sweet 1988 Miyata Ridgerunner Team mountain bike. Not quite working order in need of brakes and chain. However this is a vintage bike that you will see no where else. Be the envy of your friends with this awesome bike that started the mountain bike craze!!!! If I had money, time, and skills I would fix it up myself. I just thought it would be super cool to ride someday when I could get around to it. But that isn’t happening anytime soon and I need more space in my garage. So it’s your lucky day!"

86/87 Bianchi Campione d'Italia in Cincinnati - $300
Anyone looking for a Bianchi? This was posted 14 days ago, so maybe not available anymore, but the post hasn't been taken down.
https://cincinnati.craigslist.org/bi...910361668.html

bicycle frame material: steel
bicycle type: road
frame size: 54cm
make / manufacturer: Bianci
model name / number: Campiane d’ Italia
wheel size: 700C
Classic 80s Italian road bike. Butted steal frame. 12 speed. 54 cm.
Sturdy, light weight frame runs fast and smooth. Would make a perfect commuter bike and also good some longer distance weekend rides.
An all around great bike, sad to let it go, just a little too big for me.

I check every other day or so....
... and can't believe this is still for sale...and at the asking price.
Good pictures, seller seems straightforward.
Any Raleigh fans in Philly visited for a test ride?
Moderate frame size...shouldn't be a hard-to-resell, longer term.
Even with "the bottom crashing out of the C&V market", it's a sweet bike for $250.-

The frame appears to be in excellent condition for its age and would make for a very inexpensive restoration project. If only I lived nearer to Philadelphia.

^^^^^ An Ironman _frame_, neutered of its C&V originality/appeal. Nice how they slapped on that 21st-Century version of the Ashtabula and the threadless and those "trendy" low-spoke wheels, but kept, of all things, the downtube shifters.

Three bikes and a thermos that, apparently, has nothing to do with Centurion bikes but might go well with the '86.
