eBay / CraigsList finds - "Are you looking for one of these!?" Part II
Full Member
This does indeed look nice, and NOS. Just a hair too small for me....if it was a 19" or 20", I'd be calling right now.... that flamingo pink! I've been looking for a 58cm pink Team Fuji road bike forever...

Schwinn Cimarron, 1980s, $15 @ McKinleyville CA area, CraigsList.
Vintage Schwinn Cimarron. A little rusty but she still rides! Looks like a 56 cm frame.

"Milwaukee guy" (foundation / dryer vent) has some fresh stock. I've always thought it'd be fun to have one of these, just on account of the bad-@$$ dude on the headbadge:

Posted 12 days ago, meaning, at that price, it's been up about 11 days 23 hours TOO LONG!

At $90, this 21" Trek frame (F/F/HS/BB) should not be overlooked.
https://sandiego.craigslist.org/csd/bop/7056187468.html
It has Campy rear dropouts, investment cast fork crown, over the BB shell cable routing, brazed-on top tube cable guides, but no seat-tube panel. In combination with a Tange Levin headset, I believe this points to 1980(?). No frame tube indication- the serial number would be illuminating.
If this is your size, this could be a really nice find.

1984 Raleigh Super Course $70
I realize that most here wouldn't be interested, but I'm in love with my '85 SC, even though it's a tad too big for me. I've begged and pleaded with the seller (who appears to be someone other than the owner) to ship me the bike over the last two months, but instead the strategy has been to lower the price, to no avail. If any member would be interested in facilitating a purchase and the shipment to me, I would be grateful to forward the costs in advance AND donate the Brooks saddle to this fine upstanding individual.
Any takers nearby the seller???

It's not English, it's not 531, not the finest components. Yeah, there are nicer bikes nearby, but this one has gotten under my skin!

Interesting bike and not a builder you see come up for sale often. In my opinion, the odd combo of FD tab and lack of other braze-ons could be explained by a customer who wanted to run the bike fixed gear some of the time (notice the semi-horizontal dropouts). Still an odd choice on the FD tab. Either that or they wanted a 70s spec bike with few braze-ons but really wanted an FD tab.
The RD cable stop looks positioned correctly, just too short housing.
If I were to get a custom bike, Erik is high on my list. He has a great grasp of frame aesthetics and his bikes are pretty unique. Not to mention he makes some great racks as well. A fillet-brazed centerpull bike from him or Jeff Lyon would be a grail bike for me.

Fenders, wide tires and the whole shebang.
Should be nifty.
Collecting parts atm.
You are right though, you don't see Winters up for sale so often.
Kind of like a Chris Bishop.
They are lifetime bikes.
Banned.

Not knowing anything about it in the first place I can't defend all that. But the combination of the metallic paint tank frame with the Amp fork and suspension looked pretty cool to me.
