Is this a real Cinelli? Or a nice frame that the builder never filled in the Cinelli logos and someone rebranded it as a Cinelli? The photography is interesting that you need to look close to notice the GranSport RD, the Mirage level brake calipers, G.S. (?) brake levers w/o a QR and Victory level hubs all for $2100.

"Cooper Bikes" is the name of a long established English firm, with no association to the legendary builder. Color, decals and name were enticing, but a closer look shows it for what it is, a decent mid-range bike.
