i THINK this is a Japanese-market Panasonic - "Les Maillots" only shows up in references to Japanese/Asian sold Panasonics and that looks like a yellow Japanese bike registration sticker on the back. Interesting. Not sure if it's stock, but very nice looking with the 650s and a riser bar.

The Michelin 700x23c tires and bar tape are brand new. The entire bicycle has been tuned, cleaned and overhauled as necessary. Everything works great. Please look at the pictures carefully. No dents or dings.

^^^^ Same lame photos on eBay listing. It's not the lens. Seller doesn't know how to use auto-focus. Ex, photo of the hub, focus is on the rim in the background. Other pics show camera motion blur, too slow a shutter. The unspoken (and probably unintended) message sent by photos of this quality is that the seller doesn't really care about a decent presentation, or isn't serious about the sale. That's gonna affect how much a seller gets, and/or how soon it sells.

not sure about the builder but the group is likely worth about $250. Other parts like seat and bars could bring it up about $100, but unless it is your size likely not a great buy. JMO, MH
