"Schwinn Lightweight Racer - $150 (Bridgetown)
One owner Schwinn Road Champion 10 speed chromalloy frame racer, American made. Purchased around 1980. Newer tires; a few scratches but everything in good working order."

I agree with 1984. I can't see the decals but should have yellow outline. I had one in silver paid about $250 new. American made in Mississippi.

Probably a tad rich for my wallet, but this is about as nice of a 70s Trek I've seen.

"I'm selling a vintage late 70s or 80s Woodrup touring/road bike frame. The frame is 531 steel from Reynolds and was built in Leeds.
The serial number stamped on the frame is 5525.
The frame measures 25" from the bottom bracket to the top of the frame, where the seat post goes. The frame set weighs about 6 pounds, very light for a steel frame.
It has some spots missing paint, but no dents and is true. It has chrome Campagnolo forks and rear end. The front forks could be painted or rechromed but have no structural issues.
It has the SM Woodrup decal meaning it was built by Steve Woodrup.
The bottom bracket will need to be replaced, I didn't have the tool to pull it.
I can arrange safe delivery or pick up.

condition: good

make / manufacturer: Woodrup
model name / number: 5525
part type: frameset (frame and fork)
size / dimensions: 25""

Rare Shogun 1000 Road Bike (XL) - $249 (Nashua)
https://images.craigslist.org/00b0b_...o_1200x900.jpg

https://images.craigslist.org/00d0d_...J_1200x900.jpg

This is a vintage Shogun 1000 made in Japan around 1981 or so. It is XL so you should be at least 6' 1" to ride comfortably.

It's had very little use for a long time and has low miles. This bike is equipped with the Shimano 600 groupset with downtube friction shifters. It's all original except for several new items like Specialized Armadillo All Condition 700 X 23 puncture resistant tires, new handlebar tape and new Christophe leather toe clips straps.

The hoods on the brake levers are original. They're normally dried out and flaking away for a bike this age but these are not. The Shogun 1000 was their top tier road bike of that time and was built with their higher end Tange tubing.

Email or text if interested.

The frame is for someone 6 foot tall to 6 four. It is road ready and just gone thru. Just spent $225.00 having this vintage racer ready for the road. Have not ridden since work has been done. Open to trades for the right mid century modern coffee table or mid century modern chair or danish modern bed.
