Bridgestone MB-1, 18in, $280 -- Louisville KY area
Mountain Bike - Bridgestone MB-3, $220 @ CraigsList, Louisville KY area.
EDIT: *** UPDATED to reflect ad change: to MB-3 (not MB-1, as originally in the ad) ***Mountain Bike Bridgestone MB-3 Medium/Large 18 inch (46 cm) frame Bicycle
See second photo for specifications - I upgraded the shift levers to Shimano STX Rapid Fire shifters and also added Gary Fisher Fish Stick bar ends - everything else is stock.
This bike is in excellent used condition - ready to ride I had it tuned up last year and have only put a few miles on it since - it has fairly new grips, brake pads and tires - it still even has the little nubs on the new tire edge. All components are high end Shimano, Ritchey, or Dia-Compe parts. When this bike was new it cost over $800 so it is a nice piece of equipment.
Everything works great - it has typical scratches and scuffs here and there but does not impact performance.
Feel free to contact Jeff @ 5O2-386-156O
Located near Summit East Louisville - Brownsboro Road/Gene Snyder/Prospect Area
$220 CASH ONLY

A little bit "finds", a little bit "Wacky".
'90s RockHopper, questionable fork, but some nice Deore, no COVID tax, $60: https://madison.craigslist.org/bik/d...174212717.html
Here's where it gets Wacky. Same seller, employing some kind of weird reverse economics. Here's his Trek 830, components are a few steps DOWN, but $20 MORE (still a good price): https://madison.craigslist.org/bik/d...174213598.html
Finally, a 21st-Century Giant with truly cheap kit, hi-ten except for the seat tube, now the COVID tax kicks in, $190: https://madison.craigslist.org/bik/d...174218518.html

Hey RiddleOfSteel you're collecting big bikes from great builders, right?
67cm 1989 Chris Kvale. Full Dura-ace 7400! - $700 (612)

"It's time to move on my Kvale. I've had it for about a year, and restored it to close to original. Specs are below:
Frame Specs:
67cm c-t seat tube
60cm c-c top tube
7.5cm drop
3.25cm fork offset
73.25 HT angle
72.5 ST angle
Columbus SP with Columbus tandem downtube. Reynolds 531 ST and steerer.
Dura-Ace 7400 / 7410 through the whole bike. NOS D/A Uniglide cassette and chain just installed. New Clement 700x28 tires, Jagwire housing and cables, and Fizik bar tape.
The frame is in decent shape but does have some paint loss here and there. It presents well, but would need a re-spray to be perfect. The bike is pictured with a Ritchey seatpost, but I have the correct fluted Dura-Ace post that will be included with the sale. I also think I still have the original paperwork from Chris when the bike was first built.
$700 cash and the price is firm. I might also consider trades for other tall high end bikes or frames."

Miyata 912 $120 Alpena Michigan
Sorry
Can't seem to add the link
Pace and Hong Auction
can someone add a photo?
Bike now at $120 with no bids.
Note: it hasn't sold in three auctions at least so if you contact after auction is over they will probably take $120. + fees. I made an offer before with them and they took it then.

Looks like an '86, and a tiny one at that. Strongly recommend you contact the auctioneer(s), get an estimate on shipping. I won several items on a P&H auction a while back, and since it was several items, and there was no way to know in advance what Items I would win, I couldn't get a shipping estimate. Ended up costing quite a bit more than I expected.

Oh - another note about that ^^^^^^^ Miyata -- No bids again, the status is now "Passed". Generally, with "Passed" items on Pace & Hong auctions, you can contact the auctioneers after the fact, offer the opening bid price, and get it for that price. So $120 + shipping.... hmmm.... You'd have to trust them to package it right for shipping, of course.

Ride it like it's 1991 again with wacky paint and Scott drop-ins!
https://seattle.craigslist.org/see/b...174536866.html

Excellent condition 90’s Davidson with full Dura Ace and custom paint. Fly around like Greg Lemond with the original Scott handlebars...or get rid of them for something less silly. Condition is 9/10 with tune up and new chain, cables, housing and bar tape. The knock off is for some paint damage and repair noticeable up close, seen in the photo. 7 speed Dura Ace 7400 groupset with campagnolo hubs.

Shwinn paramount - $300
https://seattle.craigslist.org/see/b...171051386.html
Huge shoutout here for outing this, been looking for one of these and a bargain is great..
Quick wipe down and driveway detail, lower the stem, raise the seat, very minor rear wheel true, adjust FD cable and all was good, rode it up and down the street several times.
It rides great, obviously way to small for me but still very cool.
This was to be Ms merziac's Anniversary or Christmas bike but with the upright bars and how well it rides, I may spring it on her for summer.
It will clean up very well but does have flaking paint at the SP lug/clamp. Found a pretty good match of car touch up paint so that will do.
I love these despite being a bit "noodley" I just think they are cool.

Craigslist COVID19 Project
Found this on CL, for the whopping price of $85. Seller told me his son left for College and never took it with him. I had the same, 1998 Cannondale F1000 race bike stolen from me, in 2001. I decided to bring it back to full, 1998 Volvo-Cannondale factory race glory. Little did I realize..... COVID19 cycling prices shot UP 30%+!!! What was supposed to be my sub-$500 Summer Project turned out to be a stay-at-home endeavor, costing nearly $1000.... all said and done. I was missing lots of out-of-production, NOS parts. My buddy Cannondale pro Tinker Juarez, came through with exactly what I was missing. He even verified this build was accurately what then-XC World Champion Alison Sydor was riding, in early 1998. By the way - Cannondale only raced linear-pull V-brakes in World Cup competition, for only 7 months, before the advent of Hydraulic Disc took the MTB world by storm. I've been riding MTB since 1986. Lots of Vintage bikes are downright SCARY to take on modern trails. This one will be ridden annually on smooth XC trails. It still works with crisp, World Cup-winning efficiency:
