Clearly needs tires as well as the mentioned front derailleur. Sometimes those quill seat posts can be awkward

per ad:

No name given for make and I don't know the decal, any ideas? Posted more to see what this "rare" bike is.

Franken-build on a very nice frame with a paint-job only a mother could love.

https://boston.craigslist.org/bmw/bi...186642439.html

Marinoni custom racing bicycle - $300

Absolutely awesome to ride, fantastic looking, custom racing bicycle I purchased in college in late 1980s. Often get compliments on the frame as I'm passing other riders on expensive carbon fiber bikes. Combination of Campagnolo (brakes, seat post, cranks) and Shimano (casette, derailleurs, skewers) parts since the beginning. Mavic rims and new front Continental tire (Grandprix 4000 II). Speedplay Zero pedals installed 4 years ago. Comes with a nearly new Trek saddle. I am 6 ft. tall and it fits me well. Ridden occasionally during the past 15 years, but moving on to other pursuits.

Maybe pushing the edge on vintage, but nice, tall, and $250. I'm not in the market but if I knew someone in the mid New York area I'd likely be asking for facilitation - I have some ideas that would be fun to put into practice... That said I stuck it here so...

Yep and pic 23 shows the TT wrinkle pretty good too. I did look but not that hard either.

This may have been straightened some too.

Gotta love how he goes on about it in detail including the great ride but not the critical one, no good fork pic side view and asks not to be bothered by info seekers or enthusiast's.
