It has new tires ( 700x25), brake pads, handlebar tape, and all cabling. and, it has been thoroughly overhauled. It currently has a non-stock adjustable stem, but I have the original traditional stem.

Absolute mystery frame, cool rack though and apparently a really old oldtimer according to the seller. Interesting lugs
RIH Sport - bike with Reynolds frame and basically the sister model of my own Gazelle Super Licht
Unknown Raleigh frame but it looks like it might be a Raleigh Competition with Reynolds 531 frame looking at the lugs and folded seat stay.
