My computer died or I would have posted earlier
Hint - seller means Pogliaghi
Not sure if this a really good deal or an insanely good deal
Just listed and misspelt to boot!

To be fair I wasn't sure it is a real Pog. I posted a falsely badged one here which turned out to be an MKM so I'm edgy on it. I'm not knowledgeable about the brand - but - every previous Pogliaghi tandem I'd seen was serious money so a) a heads up for anyone who knows these or is looking and b) there are some interesting parts there. If those a Campagnolo Record Barcons they're usually a $100 a set. Unsure on brakes. Did Campagnolo make cantilever road brakes??

1981 Specialized Sequoia 56cm - $400 (berkeley)

1981 Specialized Sequoia 56cm with great components (Shimano Deore RD, 175mm Sugino GP 52-42-28 triple crankset, Suntour Mountech FD, Suntour friction ratcheting bar end shifters) but needs a little work. Pretty sure this is one of the rare frames built by 3rensho's Yoshi Konno due to three signs: 1) the fastback seatstays, 2) frame size number in place of a serial number underneath the bottom bracket, and 3) the Ishiwata 022 tubing sticker instead of the usual Specialized branded steel tubing sticker. Priced to account for the paint condition and some work that it needs. There's a lot of paint chips and some bubbling, but rust shouldn't be an issue since the frame is fully chromed underneath the paint. By my estimates, the frame will clear 700 x 38c at the fork and 700 x 35c in the rear.
When I got this, the wheels were both junked, the headset was loose, bottom bracket had a clunk, etc. I was intending to restore it to its former glory but am moving and need to let it go. I replaced the wheels with some working vintage spares, adjusted the headset and shifting, added a new Velo Orange microfiber saddle, and repacked the bottom bracket with new bearings and grease, but here's the remaining work it needs:
-Bottom bracket loosened back up after riding it around more, so there's a slight clunk every rotation you can feel when pedaling hard. I didn't see any pitting in the BB, but this happened before and I had to tighten up the fixed cup previously.
-FD itself works perfectly fine but the shifting up from the small chainring to the middle chainring isn't reliable. I spent an entire half day playing around with the placement of the FD but wasn't able to find the sweet spot. I suspect the small-middle shifting will work much better with a smaller chainring gap (currently small is 28t, middle is 42t).

I wouldn't hesitate to mention his name here if I was the buyer, others need to be aware, and you need to give him a very bad review on eBay, sure you won't get your money back but it least you made others aware. I would contact the seller one more time and tell him you're going to leave a scathing review if he doesn't either send the frame as agreed or refund your money, give him 24 hours and write the review. I would also after writing the first one, wait a month and write another and another, etc. the accumulated effect will bring down his score plus always keeping your scathing review on top of others that will follow up afterward thus yours won't get lost in the pile. I'm mean when it comes to someone taking my money.

I feel like I list a lot of these. They don't seem to get much respect in the marketplace.

This is listed as a mountain bike for some reason but it appears to be an ‘87 Trofeo which would mean Formula Two frame and usual mix of mid level Italian goodies. Including Super Record derailleurs. https://images.craigslist.org/00C0C_...2_1200x900.jpg
the post is 5 days old so there may be some wiggle room

The Bianchi is in Chautauqua, NY.
Could always ask Hilary Clinton to grab it next time she visits as she has a house there.
Right near border with Pennsylvania and Lake Erie
