This SGW does not ship bikes so would have to be picked up or arrangements made. The auction will likely end in a bargain price due to no shipping, Sold for $12 + $5 handling.

Just my two cents.
Perhaps another justification for posting photos and the ad blurb is it helps with pricing (either our own bikes for sale or seeing if a sale is a deal or not)? True, that specific bike might be sold but at least we have a reference point.
If you search on here for a certain bike, the description will come up with the advance search and then you can check the last time someone had one for sale and what they were asking. You can also compare the photos with your bike/the bike you are looking at, to see condition for valuation.
Not sure if that is the original purpose of this thread but that's why I check it...
