You don't say! I'm sure we'd all love to see more, if you're willing. I noticed the ad was posted a mere 2 hours ago, and I'm betting you already have buyers lined up at that price.

Thanks for that!

Tell me, is the rear hub freewheel, and do you have an accushift freewheel on it? If it's cassette, did American Classic produce a Suntour-splined freehub body?

I'd guess 27" wheels. Can't the seller provide that info? Good luck if you decide to go for it.

Riggio has what may be a TreTubi Columbus decal, and fair amount of rust, but for $100 at least there's SOME Campy, could be worth a look for you Rochesterers (pick up some Genny beer and make it a party).

I think this is a Miyata 1000

https://boston.craigslist.org/gbs/bi...227138643.html

Miyata Touring Bicycle, Steel Cr-Mo Triple Butted Frame - $340 (Cambridge)

Selling a Miyata Chrome Molybdenum Steel Framed Touring Bicycle

For anyone looking to get into touring, this bicycle will serve you perfectly across any amount of miles and terrain you can imagine. Comes with a few items that will get you off to a great start that include:

- A Serafas Rx Saddle for comfort for full days of riding (not shown in photos)
- A rear sturdy rack that can accept a variety of panniers and rear touring equipment
- A new spare inner tube
- Like-new grip tape
- Right Bar-end rear view mirror, adjustable
- A brand new unopened, Kryptonite U-lock
- Puncture resistant, Schwalbe Marathon Performance Line GreenGuard tires

Overall the bike is in great condition and rides great as it. If you're looking to get it to pro level performance, you could address something and adjust here and there to your liking (cabling, fresh pads etc).
