Funny, considering the majority of the state is seriously Crazyville.

This will sound crazy but I've actually met two people from Niceville for the many years I lived in Gainesville. One guy, Jeff (Sargent?) and separately a really awesome chick named Beth, who I'd met through my friend Laurel. All three of those folks were shockingly good souls who I'm somewhat sad I lost connection with. But such is life, I guess.

The spare parts and extra wheelset alone make that worth the buy!

Maybe for the parts but the decals and paint don’t seem to add up. The dropouts look they might be vertical so if it is a Columbus frame it should probably have chrome fork and triangle, internal cable routing. The head badge doesn’t seem to match the other decals unless they put a white oval behind it

This bike has a cool story, per the seller. I think it has a cool color. My size! But this much and far away would be grounds for divorce.

I know people are on the lookout for these late Trek chromoly mountain bikes at the high level. Can't tell much from the photo, though.

eBay seller Antiqueorchard

Many, many items listed from this eBay seller in Boise. No affiliation.
Pricing is not unreasonable, but not cheap, either.

Many mid-high end 70s-80s bikes in good to great condition, as well as a dizzying array of other stuff.

Here’s a link to the Masi Gran Criterium, and you can go from there to see the seller’s store / other items

Something special here...time for somebody to release their inner Laurent Fignon….repaint to the classic blue and you would have a beauty.

https://sfbay.craigslist.org/nby/bop...281890924.html

1987 Gitane Team Pro (says add but I think its an 88 Exploit, but basically same frame as 87 Team Pro, 531P), $275 for frame $500 with some Dura Ace other Shimano mix. Definitely an 87 or 88 as the cable routes into top tube from below not from above. For Systeme U team replica would need Campy C-Record.

John Kari Cali Custom F&F on eBay. One you don't see often but I helped a friend acquire one many years ago and the workmanship was VERY good. Kari worked for awhile for Specialized (maybe in their "skunk" works for special projects?) then was in San Jose and now seems to be selling this one from Sun Valley, Nevada. Not sure about the "matte" looking paint but I bet this is quite a sleeper: Custom bi-laminate "Newvex" lugs and the bids are currently an embarrassing low $175 (for now). 58cm
