Sadly, doesn't look like her location or what or how she'd sell. Most of this looks upper-middle at best, with a few dogs in there (I'm looking at you, Peugeot). I have a sneaky suspicion the seller will be one of those "$250 for the $100 Peugeot" types. That's usually what I get from the "not in a hurry to sell" and "let's talk about it" types.
How's about we don't talk about it, and you take a minute to post some pricing instead of acting like a used car sales guy, "call me, we'll make a deal!"

Replacement 105 drivetrain on this is a shame but $550 for a Paramount still isn't bad at all.

Ha! I know better.
I just happen to have a thing for the two-tone late 60s/early 70s microbus in that taupe/white two-tone configuration. Such a classic combo. The Gazelle matches it all nicely. Oh, and squarebacks too. Love some squarebacks.

Older bicycle - $40 (Eden)
Posted 2021-04-20 15:54

"It's been a nice bicycle, it's very light, it's a 10 speed, the gears still work, the brakes still work, the tires may or may not hold air, it takes a special adapter to pump the tires up, and I don't have one. I'm asking 40 dollars. Text or call if interested.

Tallish '80s Nishiki is probably worth the ask for parts, despite the lousy pix.

Not sure but believe this is priced low. I see the replacement fork but don't see damage to top or down tubes consistent with a collision. Finding a replacement fork might be a struggle
Jamis Eclipse for $100. Also, I don't see this as a 54cm frame
https://philadelphia.craigslist.org/...310093147.html
Jamis 14-speed racing bicycle. Just tuned up and ready to go for $100 cash. CR-MO double butted tubes, Shimano gears and brakes. Please text or email me with any questions -Jack
bicycle frame material: composite
bicycle type: road
condition: good
frame size: 54 cm
make / manufacturer: Jamis
model name / number: Eclipse
wheel size: other/unknown

It's a 1978 ____ (FD)
Edit: Xavier Schwartz was (is?) a frame builder/painter in San Diego, according to CR archives:
"I recall that Xavier worked for David Laffen at his bike shop in San Diego, then went on to have his own shops. He built frames for a while, maybe in the late '70s. I find a reference to him and his wife currently having the Q-Bikes shops in the Clairemont and Lemon Grove neighborhoods of San Diego."

I think the seller meant 215ST, not 275ST.

Coolest things I've seen recently were some newer extremely tall Seven, and an '04 Santa Cruz . Vintage stuff rarely rolls through, and I don't know why ... they'd make a mint with all the vintage folks I see bidding on stuff.

Anyone know what model this is? Seems like a pretty good deal for the bike + stand
https://www.facebook.com/marketplace...3205663963540/
Edit: Looks like it might be an '83 500? Seems like a decent deal if so.

You'd need to be about 5'2 - 5'5 to ride it though. It's smallllllll

If not, it’s because of the small frame size. Hell the stand alone has to be worth close to the asking price.
Actually on further examination, pic is blurry when expanded, may not be a Reynolds sticker on seat tube, still both easily worth the asking price

Its a great deal, vintage lugged trek, with a Reynolds 531 sticker showing. By the time you search thru the vintage Trek site to find out, it will probably be gone.

Based on everything else, I think it's an '83 500. If it had a Super Custom triple, it would be a 520 (looks like the only notable diff from 500-520 that year is the freewheel and double/triple crank)
