suspect the highest it could be is Durifort or possibly three-tube 531 plain guage
reason this from stamped ends and welded crown
vendor's tubing speculation entertaining
always fun to read the embellishments and "i hope its true" text from sellers
not familiar with Urago models of this time
have owned three examples of marque but all earlier than this...

HT is 13.4 cm, standover is 81 cm. Angles about 73 HTA and 74 STA. Wearing Vittoria Corsa G+ 28mm tires. Record HS, FD, and 172.5mm crankset with 50-39 TA chainrings. Chorus shifters, calipers, and RD. Veloce 13-29 10 speed cassette. Campy Proton wheels. Soma highway bars and Sutro stem. Thomson seatpost. Does not include saddle, pedals, cages, etc.
Paint and chrome and decals are good, with the caveat that there are a number of crudely touched up spots. If you're looking for NOS this ain't it. Frame is straight with no dings. I've included pix of the worst spots, can email more to serious inquiries.
