Dura Ace group (with free frame set). I think that Aquila is/was a Canadian house brand. Might not sell quick based on brand recognition??

https://easttexas.craigslist.org/bik...336303231.html

Palestine, Texas

triathlon/tt bike - $300 (palestine)

Per adThis is an aluminum frame 56cm triathlon bike. It has full Dura Ace 2x9. 650 wheels. It has been tuned with new bar tape. I purchased this bike with the intention of either doing a triathlon with it, or using the parts for a nice build. Since I am selling this bike you can see that I am 0 for 2. It is a fine bike, but I am moving and have to thin out the herd. The age and exact model are a mystery. For all I know Lance himself rode this thing (prolly not).

Not your regular $200 bike

Quattro Assi 56 cm Steel Road Bike - $200

Road bike in good working order. I left it at my inlaws to ride when in town but it isn't getting much use so I am trying to find a nice home for this bike I have had for >25 years.
Mostly Shimano 105 components, 9 speed. Look Keo Max pedals. Specialized Toupe cro-mo saddle (new). Specialized Roubaix tires. The chain is at 75% wear but wheels are true. Nothing special, just a functional road bike.

I have vague memories of Quattro Assi being an attempt at a budget brand for Tommasini. Or maybe it was the importer. Something like that.
This vague memory brought to you by Sierra Nevada Torpedo IPA.

Something like that: Quattro Assi was the house brand for Bill (William) Lewis in Texas. W.M. Lewis Imports also was the importer for Tommasini, Zullo, and a couple other brands.
My Google search aided by what's left in my bloodstream of North Coast Brewing's Le Merle, a "Saison" that's 7.9%! Whoa, Nelly!

Nice enough deal on a smoke-chrome Pug. Suntour ACE gruppo is a bit uncommon, but has some nice thumbies. Seller lists the frame as "aluminum" (shrug).

Pricey but is there any evidence that this is more than just a normal steel frame?

Pristine Vintage French Racing Bike all Campagnolo

"Vintage French ( I only really assume due to total lack of info about maker)Sibade steel frame with Campagnolo dropouts. 48.5 cm with 29.5" standover height. Pearl orange paint nearly mint with very minor chips. I'd say from a lot of aspects about the frame that it's manufacture date is somewhere near very late 60s early 70s. Built by me from the ground up with the following setup:
Campagnolo Nuovo Record rear derailleur-used- excellent
Campagnolo Nuovo Record front drailleur-used-excellent
Campagnolo Nuovo Record bottom bracket-NOS
Campagnolo Nuovo Record headset-used- excellent
Campagnolo Nuovo Record hubs front & rear-NOS
Campagnolo Nuovo Record cranks-used-mint
Campagnolo Nuovo Record pedals-used-excellent
Campagnolo Nuovo Record toe clips-NOS
Campagnolo Nuovo Record brakes-used-mint
Campagnolo Nuovo Record brake levers-used-excellent
Campagnolo Nuovo Record brake lever hoods-NOS
Campagnolo Nuovo Record shift levers-used-excellent
Campagnolo Nuovo Record seatpost-used-good
Campagnolo Nuovo Record brake cable guides pantographed-NOS
Dura Ace 6 speed freewheel-NOS
Cinelli bars Campione Del Mondo-used-mint- 39cm
Cinelli quill stem-used-mint- 110mm reach
Brooks B17 saddle Mandarine- New
Brooks bar wrap Mandarine- New
Fenders- Velo Orange hammered aluminum- New
Wheels- 700c polished aluminum double wall with eyelets, DT Swiss double butted spokes, Handbuilt by Ezra at Green Machine Cycles 3 cross lacing."

$1800, they certainly loaded it up with expensive components.
Four and a half years later the Sabade reappears. Now $200 cheaper!

Miele with Full Campagnolo Groupset & Columbus Frame/Fork - $625 (Or Best Offer -- UNCW)

Posted 2021-06-15 14:55

"$625 - Or Best Offer

Full Campagnolo Groupset (crankset, downtube shifters, front & rear derailleurs, pedals & cages, brake calipers, brake levers/hoods, front and rear wheel hubs, wheel skewers, and seatpost). Columbus frame and forks. Ambrioso Rims made in Italy. Cinelli stem and bars. I also have the original campagnolo brake pads - aftermarket shown in pics. Posting before parting out and selling everything on eBay if it doesn't sell locally.

Frame measures 56cm / 22in from the center of the crank to the top of the seat tube. 700c wheels. Newer Cinelli handlebar wrap. Newer brake shoes and pads. The bike is in very good condition, with only minor signs of wear and tear for the age of the bike. I purchased it with plans to keep it forever but have recently decided to sell. I only rode it once or twice around the neighborhood and it's been kept indoors since. I would rate the condition as around 8.5/9 out of 10 and it could be cleaned up even more.

Cross-posted on FB marketplace, other groups, etc... No trades, No shipping, No deliveries, As-Is No warranty, etc... First come first serve. I will only meet at UNCW - Cash Only - No Test Rides without CASH IN HAND - No Deliveries, No Shipping.

Please EMAIL me using the Craigslist email, or TEXT (I work odd hours and will not answer calls at work) 91zero-six88-thirty37 (Please mention something local when you contact me to help weed out the spam texts / emails, thanks).

bicycle frame material: steel

bicycle type: road
brake type: caliper
frame size: 56cm
handlebar type: bullhorn
make / manufacturer: Miele
wheel size: 700C"

First time I've wished I was in Dallas in summer..
Beautiful bike, someone should get it quick..

I also think this might be taller than 58cm.

They're 650c, not 650b. It's a tri bike, from the days when triathletes thought smaller wheels were faster.
