A bit weird... This seller has three listings, one for a Koga Miyata, one for a Giant and third for the two together. Both bikes seem pretty on-topic for our C&V coffee clatch. I wouldn't call the listings "wacky," but I suspect they violate eBay's terms of service. Click the images to be taken to the individual listings.
*sigh* Something seems amiss with the linky-linky. Here are the raw eBay listing URLs:

^^^^ Clicking the image just opens the image, not a link to the listing.
Are they auctions, or BIN? If they're BIN, that would be legit. If one of them sells individually, you take down the listing for the two. If the two sell together, you take down the individual listings.

madpogue Something seems wrong with the BBCODE source. The raw BBCODE sure looked right to me. I've edited the reply to display the raw eBay URLs.
As for what the seller could do, I agree there are ways he can adjust to the sale of individual bikes or the pair. I still think that having multiple listings with the same items (no matter how they are grouped) probably violates eBay's ToS.

I have been to antique auctions where this practice is not uncommon. In fact one of our own offerings was handled like this; three pieces of bedroom furniture were offered individually and when those wins were tallied the ensemble was then offered and if the group bid exceeded the total of the individual wins it went as a group, which is what happened. Don't know how this would apply in the ebay world.

Raleigh Reynolds 531
I can’t get the Facebook link to this just yet as I’m using the app on my phone.

Newbie
1986/7(?) Nishiki Cresta GT, 58cm, in Dallas for $325. Lots of non-original, but looks like it was babied (if not appreciated as a capable tourer).

Small frame early 70's Raleigh International in orange. Paint's beat up but seems to be relatively okay rust-wise, for New Orleans at least. $475 maybe high for the condition, but it's a starting point.

Medici, hand built in Southern California in the mid-1980s as a spin-off from master Italian frame builder Masi. Really an Italian bike made in America. Built with lightweight and lively Columbus SL double-butted steel tubing throughout, includes high quality investment cast lugs, fork crown, and bottom bracket shell. Excellent brazing quality throughout with nice internal brake cable routing on the top tube.
Frame size is 56cm (measured center-to-top), suitable for riders 5’9” to 6’ in height. The entire bike is in excellent condition with no discernible wear on the components. Groupset (derailleurs, crankset, and brakes) is Shimano 600 Tri-color 9 speed which was renamed as Ultegra, just one step down from the top of the line Dura Ace. Modern integrated brake/shift levers for easy shifting and hill climbing. Modern clipless pedals for easy and comfortable pedaling. Wheels are Mavic Cosmos. Nice TTT handlebars and stem.
Here's some information on Medici:

Medici
Medici Gran Turismo Brochures: Circa 1984
The bike has been very well maintained with nice paint and decals. The bike just received a full $179 professional tuneup including the following:
- Complete set of new Jagwire brake and derailleur cables
- Front and rear derailleur adjustment
- Front and rear brake adjustment
- Front and rear wheel truing
- Full drivetrain lubrication
- New padded cork handlebar tape
The bike is located in central CT. I can meet you at a convenient half way location such as Sturbridge, MA. The bike needs nothing and is ready to ride. Now’s your chance to own a vintage Italian-American thoroughbred for the cost of a regular, mass-produced domestic model. Asking $849 or best reasonable offer.

Nice 3 speed Ant.
23" C to T
Beautifully powder-coated with all decals in excellent condition
Velo- Orange fenders
Shimano/ Nexus (basically NOS) 3 speed
comfort grips
large front bag
water bottle
Brooks saddle (spotless)
700c Bontrager tires
I initially purchased this fantastic bike as a single speed. I happened upon a Shimano/Nexus 3 speed setup up so I upgraded. You also get the additional rear single speed wheel and tire. This is a fantastic, hand built moving work of art. I'm downsizing my collection . I would negotiate shipping. Email Chuck

Vintage Celeste Bianchi: Like New, Ridden a Few Times then Stored

Looks to be in great condition, still has the pump and waterbottle. Not sure if Campione D'Italia is the name or if that's just one of those stickers on it? I'm not familiar with Bianchi Models personally. Bike looks great though.
