I can't see this ad either, but this bike looks like the one I sold on this site recently. If so, it's a very nice bike, though it looks like the tubular wheels on Campy low flange hubs have been replaced with clinchers.

Separated at birth, or just the same bike?

Centurion Ironman Miami Vice in Boston

https://boston.craigslist.org/gbs/bi...343204390.html

Seller says 56, but looks more like my 58 to me.... If the condition is as nice as the admittedly cursory photos suggest, $200 seems like pretty good deal. I rode my MV tonight, was reminded what nice bikes these are...

64cm mixte

A Snel Safari touring bike mixte in a 64cm size. Yes, for those looking for a tall frame and a mixte.

I'm not sure about "classic flaky" paint job. I believe Medici used Imron paint which is pretty durable. Looks more like this was someone's beater. It has a decent starting bid.

Very sad to see great seldom seen bikes that have been treated this way.

Looks like the same bike, according to the chipped paint exposing chrome on the right seat stay and the white specks on the right barcon.

Mos' def' the same bike -- all the minor defects on the head tube, seat tube and drive-side chain stay are exactly the same.

Centurion Ironman Expert - $200 (Cambridge)

Hi y'all, have a 1986/87 56cm Centurion Ironman I bought a few years ago and never got to riding as it's a spare bike. Selling now. Only thing I touched was redid the bars in white as you can see.

Thanks!

Marinoni in Canada, nice colour

I've asked the seller and he said go ahead, post. I could facillitate, have no connection.

Aha! Thanks for the tip. I knew it was probably a 60cm, therefore too big for me, aside from being across the country, but I feel compelled to look at all TdFs for sale. I like the blue they used on my (I believe) 1970 model (called "Match Blue") more than I like that metallic blue they seem to have used on later models.

1990 Miyata Triple Cross for $250 near Austin. Looks like it was sunfaded maybe and has non-original components. They're hard to find though. I picked up a 1991 frame (different geometry) recently to hopefully become my all-rounder.
